साइबेरिया का नोवोसिबिर्स्क शहर बेहद ठंडे तापमान के लिए प्रसिद्ध है। जिस वक्त अंडे और नूडल्स की तस्वीर ली गई थी, उस वक्त वहां का तापमान माइनस 45 डिग्री सेल्सियस था। यही कारण है कि अंडा फोड़ते ही जम गया। जैसे चम्मच से नूडल्स उठाए, वे बर्फ हो गए। इस खबर को 26 हजार से ज्यादा लाइक्स और 8 हजार बार शेयर किया गया। लोगों ने इस तस्वीर पर कई मजेदार कमेंट्स किए हैं।

शादी की रस्मों से जुड़े जो सकारात्मक बदलाव नजर आ रहे हैं, उनमें एक यह भी है कि जिन रस्मों को निभाने का अधिकार सदियों से सिर्फ पुरुषों का माना जाता था, उन्हें अब महिलाएं भी निभा रही हैं। पटना की रहने वाली भावना शेखर के बेटे सात्विक की शादी में भावना ने उस रस्म को निभाने से मना कर दिया जो लगभग हर बिहारी शादी में अदा की जाती है। शादी की अगली सुबह दूल्हे के नहाने का पानी दुल्हन पर छींटा जाता है। भावना ने इस रस्म को ये कहकर निभाने से मना कर दिया कि दुल्हन के नहाने का पानी दूल्हे पर क्यों नहीं छींटा जाता?

भावना एक लेखिका हैं और मानती है कि शादी के दौरान जो रस्में समाज के पैरों में बेड़ियां डालती हैं, उन्हें काटना जरूरी है। ऐसी ही एक नई परंपरा शुरू करने का साहस उन्होंने सात्विक की शादी में किया। बिहार की मशहूर गुरहथी रस्म के अंतर्गत दूल्हे का बड़ा भाई दुल्हन के हाथों में गहने और कपड़े देता है। अगर बड़ा भाई मौजूद न हो तो यह रस्म परिवार के किसी पुरुष द्वारा निभाई जाती है। कई घरों में पुरुष न होने पर पड़ोस में रहने वाले किसी पुरुष से ये रस्म निभाने को कहा जाता है। लेकिन इस रस्म को कभी कोई महिला अदा नहीं करती।

शेखर और उनकी पत्नी भावना ने इस रस्म को तोड़कर अपनी बेटी के हाथों गुरहथी की रस्म अदा करवाई। भावना की इस पहल को सोशल मीडिया पर सराहना मिल रही है। बेटियों को परिवार में आगे बढ़ाने की कोशिश के लिए भी लोग उनकी तारीफ कर रहे हैं।

बेओंसी लेश्राम
27 साल की बेओंसी इंफाल के एक प्राइवेट अस्पताल में मेडिकल ऑफिसर हैं। वह सिर्फ मणिपुर ही नहीं बल्कि पूर्वोत्तर की पहली ट्रांसजेंडर डॉक्टर हैं। फिलहाल वे इंफाल के शिजा हॉस्पिटल एंड रिसर्च इंस्टीट्यूट में कार्यरत हैं। उन्हें इस अस्पताल में पीपीई किट पहने कोरोना पॉजिटिव मरीजों का इलाज करते देखा जा सकता है। महामारी के बीच मरीजों की सेवा कर वे कोरोना वॉरियर के तौर पर तारीफ पा रही हैं। बेओंसी रीजनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मेडिकल साइंस की स्टूडेंट रही हैं। आजकल वे पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट इंट्रेंस एग्जाम की तैयारी कर रही हैं।

त्रिनेत्रा हल्दर गम्माराजू
वे कर्नाटक की पहली ट्रांसवुमन डॉक्टर के रूप में अपनी खास पहचान रखती हैं। बेंगलुरु में त्रिनेत्रा कभी अंगद गम्माराजू के नाम से जानी जातीं थीं। फिलहाल वे कस्तूरबा मेडिकल हॉस्पिटल, मणिपाल में अपनी सेवाएं दे रही हैं। कई बार त्रिनेत्रा का सोशल मीडिया पर लेस्बियन कम्युनिटी को सपोर्ट करने की वजह से भी विरोध हुआ है। वे ऐसे सभी लोगों की सोच लेस्बियंस के प्रति बदलना चाहती हैं जो उनके खिलाफ हैं।

निशा राव
लाहौर की रहने वाली निशा राव पाकिस्तान की पहली ट्रांसजेंडर वकील हैं। निशा ने अपनी जिंदगी में वो दिन भी गुजारे जब सड़कों पर भीख मांगकर पढ़ाई की। उन्हें आज इस बात की खुशी है कि उनकी मेहनत रंग लाई। 28 साल की निशा का संबंध एक मध्यमवर्गीय परिवार से है। 18 साल की उम्र में निशा दो अन्य ट्रांसजेंडर के साथ मिलकर घर छोड़कर चली गई थीं। कराची में आने के बाद निशा ने अपनी आजीविका के लिए ट्रैफिक लाइट पर भीख मांगना शुरू किया। लेकिन ये काम भी उसे अच्छा नहीं लगा। तब उसने पढ़ाई शुरू की और वकील बनी। वे दिन में भीख मांगती और रात को पढ़ाई करती थीं।

चंडीगढ़ में 49 साल की धनजंय चौहान अपने समुदाय को अधिकार दिलाने के लिए सालों से संघर्ष कर रही हैं। उनके प्रयास से शिक्षण संस्थानों में दाखिले में रिजर्वेशन, फीस माफी सहित कई नियमों को लागू करवाने में अहम भूमिका निभाई। चंडीगढ़ ही नहीं, आज दुनियाभर के कई देशों में धनंजय को ट्रांसजेंडर्स के लिए किए गए प्रयासों की वजह से सम्मानित किया जा चुका है। धनंजय ने सबसे पहले 2016 में खुद ट्रांसजेंडर कैटेगरी के तहत पंजाब यूनिवर्सिटी में दाखिला लिया। उसके बाद अपने कॉलेज कैंपस में ट्रांसजेंडर्स के लिए अलग टॉयलेट, फीस माफी करवाने जैसे काम करवाए और चंडीगढ़ में पहला ट्रांसजेंडर वेलफेयर बोर्ड बनवाया।

उरूज हुसैन

ट्रांसजेंडर महिला उरूज हुसैन ने नोएडा के सेक्टर 119 में अपने कैफे की शुरुआत की। उन्हें उम्मीद है कि उनके इस कैफे से ट्रांसजेंडर समुदाय के अन्य लोगों भी अपना बिजनेस स्थापित करने के लिए प्रेरित होंगे। उरूज ने अपने कैफे का नाम 'स्ट्रीट टेंपटेशंस' रखा है। उरूज को वर्कप्लेस पर कई बार लोगों के बुरे व्यवहार का सामना करना पड़ा। इस उत्पीड़न से तंग आकर उरूज ने अपना कैफे खोला। वे कहती हैं यह कैफे सभी के साथ समान व्यवहार करने के लिए जाना जाएगा।

डेल्टा एयरलाइंस ने जेनिस कॉकफील्ड को कोरोना से ठीक होने के बाद फर्स्ट क्लास ट्रिप का ऑफर दिया ताकि वह दुनिया में कहीं भी घूमने जा सके। जेनिस खुद भी डेल्टा एयरलाइंस की कर्मचारी हैं। जेनिस ने कोविड-19 का 115 दिन तक सामना किया। जेनिस की जुड़वां बहन ने बीमारी के दौरान उनकी खूब मदद की। वे किसी भी कीमत पर अपनी बहन को खोना नहीं चाहती थीं। जेनिस ने बताया कि इस बीमारी से उबरने के लिए वे तकरीबन 115 दिन तक अस्पताल में और उसके बाद कुछ क्लीनिक में रहीं।

उन्हें मार्च में कोरोना हुआ था। उसके बाद 57 दिनों तक वे कोमा में रहीं। जो डॉक्टर जेनिस का इलाज कर रहे थे, उन्होंने जेनिस की जुड़वां बहन को ये बता दिया था कि उसकी जिंदगी कुछ ही दिनों की बची है। फिर भी उन्होंने हार नहीं मानी और अपनी सोच को सकारात्मक बनाए रखा। जेनिस के ठीक होने की खुशी इन दोनों बहनों के लिए उस वक्त दोगुनी हो गई जब उन्हें डेल्टा एयरलाइंस के सीईओ ईडी बेस्टियन का मैसेज मिला।

अपने लेटर में बेस्टियन ने लिखा कि जब जेनिस पूरी तरह ठीक हो जाएं और यात्रा करने के काबिल हो तो वे दुनिया में जहां चाहे वहां की मुफ्त में सैर कर सकती हैं। इन दोनों बहनों ने बेस्टियन के ऑफर की खुशी जाहिर की और उन्हें थैंक्स भी कहा।

हुसैन ने अपने इस काम की शुरुआत से पहले हॉस्पिटेलिटी, इंडस्ट्रीयल ट्रेनिंग और कई तरह के जॉब किए। उसके बाद उसने खुद अपने काम की शुरुआत करने का फैसला किया। उरूज के अनुसार ''मेरे कैफे में किसी को उत्पीड़न का सामना नहीं करना पड़ेगा। मेरे पेरेंट्स भी इस काम से मुझ पर गर्व करेंगे''।

उरूज को लगता है कि अभी कई चुनौतियों का सामना करना बाकी है। लेकिन वे किसी भी कीमत पर अपना हौसला कम नहीं करना चाहतीं। उरूज ने लॉकडाउन के दौरान कई सेक्स वर्कर्स और उनके बच्चों की भी खूब मदद की। उसने 22 साल की उम्र तक एक लड़के के रूप में अपना जीवन गुजारा। फिर 2014 में अपना जेंडर चेंज कराया। वे लड़की बनकर खुश हैं और खुद को आजाद महसूस करती हैं।

चांद की सैर का सपना देखने वाले कई लोगों में से एक हैं अजमेर के धर्मेंद्र अनिजा और सपना। धर्मेंद्र ने अपनी पत्नी सपना को जो बर्थडे गिफ्ट दिया वो उसे हमेशा याद रहेगा। धर्मेंद्र ने सपना को अपनी शादी की आठवीं सालगिरह पर चांद पर जमीन खरीदकर दी। अमेरिका के न्यूयॉर्क सिटी एक फर्म लूनर सोसायटी इंटरनेशनल इस जमीन को बेचती है।

धर्मेंद्र ने बताया कि वह अपनी पत्नी को शादी की सालगिरह पर एक खास तोहफा देना चाहता था। 24 दिसंबर को उनकी एनीवर्सरी थी। इस मौके पर अपनी पत्नी को कार या ज्वेलरी तो कई लोग देते हैं लेकिन मैं इन सबसे अलग कुछ गिफ्ट खरीदना चाहता था। इसलिए मैंने चांद पर जमीन खरीदकर सपना के नाम की। धर्मेंद्र ने बताया कि जमीन खरीदने की इस प्रोसेस को पूरा होने में लगभग एक साल लग गया। धर्मेंद्र राजस्थान के पहले ऐसे व्यक्ति हैं जिन्होंने चांद पर जमीन खरीदी है।
धर्मेंद्र की पत्नी सपना इस गिफ्ट को पाकर बहुत खुश हुई। सपना के अनुसार मैंने कभी नहीं सोचा था कि शादी का ये यादगार उपहार मुझे मिलेगा। इस कपल ने अपनी शादी की सालगिरह पर शानदार पार्टी का आयोजन किया जिसे एक प्रोफेशनल इवेंट ऑर्गेनाइजर से ऑर्गेनाइज किया। ये सेटिंग देखकर ऐसा लग रहा था जैसे ये कपल सच में चांद पर पहुंच गया है। धर्मेंद्र ने इस इवेंट के दौरान सपना के लिए प्रॉपर्टी डॉक्यूमेंट्स और सर्टिफिकेट फ्रेम करवाकर दिए।

दिल्ली के नजफगढ़ जोन में हुई पहले टॉय बैंक की शुरुआत, गरीब बच्चों की मायूसी दूर करने और पर्यावरण बचाने के लिए खुलेंगे 4 ऐसे ही बैंक

साउथ दिल्ली के नजफगढ़ जोन में टॉय बैंक की शुरुआत हुई। ये बैंक उन बच्चों के लिए खोला गया है जिन्हें गरीबी के चलते खेलने के लिए खिलौने नहीं मिल पाते। साउथ दिल्ली की महापौर अनामिका ने बताया कि स्वच्छता सर्वेक्षण 2021 को ध्यान में रखते हुए ये खिलौना बैंक खोला गया है। यहां लोग अपने बच्चों के पुराने और बेकार पड़े खिलौने दान कर सकते हैं। यहां आकर बच्चे इन खिलौनों के साथ खेल सकते हैं या उन्हें अपने घर भी ले जा सकते हैं। यह बैंक द्वारका सेक्टर 23 स्थित सामुदायिक भवन में स्थित है।

अनामिका के अनुसार, ''हमारे इस प्रयास से मासूम बच्चों के चेहरे पर मुस्कान लौटेगी। साथ ही पुराने और बेकार पड़े खिलौनों को जो लोग फेंक देते हैं, उससे पर्यावरण को होने वाले नुकसान में भी कमी आएगी। खिलौने के वेस्टेज को रोकने का यह सही तरीका है क्योंकि अधिकांश खिलौने फर और प्लास्टिक से बनाए जाते हैं। इन्हें बनने के बाद फेंकने से अच्छा है कि गरीब बच्चों को दे दिए जाएं ताकि वे इन खिलौनों से खेल सकें''।

नजफगढ़ जोन की उपायुक्त राधा किशन ने बताया कि इस जोन में स्वच्छता सर्वेक्षण रैंकिग में सुधार लाने के लिए यह प्रयास किया जा रहा है। नजफगढ़ जोन में ऐसे चार और बैंक खुलेंगे जहां लोग खिलौने दान कर सकते हैं। उन्होंने लोगों से निवेदन किया कि ज्यादा से ज्यादा खिलौने इन बैंक के लिए दें और पर्यावरण को स्वच्छ बनाने में योगदान करें।

मैसूर की 17 वर्षीय दीप्ति गणपति हेगड़े को 6 वें इंडिया इंटरनेशनल साइंस फेस्टिवल में नवभारत निर्माण डोमेन के अंतर्गत अपने खास डिवाइस के लिए पहला स्थान मिला। वह इस फेस्टिवल में जीतने वाली मैसूर की एकमात्र लड़की हैं। उन्हें 25,000 का अमाउंट मिला। इस फेस्टिवल में 45 साल की उम्र तक के 3000 प्रतिभागी शामिल हुए थे। उसने एक ऐसा डिवाइस डेवलप किया जो गांव में रहने वाली गर्भवती महिलाओं, बुजुर्गों और कार्डिएक पेशेंट की निगरानी का काम करेगा।

दीप्ति ने इसे स्मार्ट बैंड के रूप में डेवलप किया। इसे कलाई के ऊपरी भाग पर पहना जा सकता है। ये 10 डिफरेंट पैरामीटर्स को मेजर करने का काम करता है। इसमें कोरोना के लक्षण जैसे बेसिक बॉडी टेम्परेचर, बीपीएम, कप आदि हैं। इसे बैंड को मोबाइल एप से जोड़कर भी डाटा प्राप्त किया जा सकता है जिसे क्लाउड सर्विस की मदद से भेजा जाता है। अगर पेशेंट की तबियत अचानक खराब होती है तो यह परिवार के सदस्यों, दोस्तों, डॉक्टर्स और एंबुलेंस को इमर्जेंसी अलर्ट भेजता है। इससे सही समय पर पेशेंट का इलाज हो सकता है और उसकी जान बच सकती है।

दीप्ति के अनुसार, गांव में रहने वाले लोगों को शहरवासियों की तुलना में स्वास्थ्य से संबंधित बहुत कम सुविधाएं मिलती हैं। इसलिए ये बहुत जरूरी है कि गांव के हेल्थ केयर सिस्टम को डिजिटलाइज किया जाए। जो डिवाइस दीप्ति ने बनाया है, वह बहुत कम चार्ज पर किराए से मिल सकता है। यह गर्भवती महिलाओं की देखभाल के 8-9 महीने तक उनके पास रह भी सकता है।
