अगर भारत के देसी स्वाद की बात की जाए तो रोटी पर देसी घी और गुड़ लगाकर खाना भारतवासियों को खूब भाता है। ये तो रही खाने में देसी स्वाद की बात लेकिन आइसक्रीम में देसी स्वाद का मजा लेना हो तो उसमें दालचीनी मिलाकर, गुड़ या गुलाब काइस्तेमाल करअलग-अलग स्वाद का मजा लिया जा सकता है।

आइसक्रीम के अलग-अलग देसी स्वाद को न्यूयॉर्क में आम लोगों तक पहुंचा रहीं है पूजा भाविशी।पूजा ने लंदन स्कूल ऑफ इकोनॉमिक्स से ग्रेजुएशन किया है। उसके बाद उन्होंने न्यूयॉर्क के स्टर्न स्कूल ऑफ बिजनेस से एमबीए किया। फिलहालवे मलाई डॉट को की सीईओ हैं।

आइसक्रीम हाथ में लिए पूजा

मलाई डॉट कोएक आइसक्रीम कंपनी है जो एरोमेटिक फ्लेवर, साउथ एशियन स्पाइसेस और दुनिया के अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों की सामग्री को आइसक्रीम बनाने के लिए इस्तेमाल करती है।पूजा का जन्म पेनिसिल्वेनिया में हुआ। वे कहती हैं जब मैं छोटी थी तो मेरी मां घर में बहुत अच्छी आइसक्रीम बनाती थीं।

पूजा का ब्रांड मलाई

मेरा परिवार गुजराती है। मुझे बाजरा वड़ा और चकली का स्वाद बहुत पसंद है। ये वो डिश हैं जो हमारे घर में खूब बनती थीं। मां चॉकलेट चिप कुकीज बनाने में भी एक्सपर्ट थीं।मुझे तभी से कुकीज और आइसक्रीम खाने का बहुत शौक रहा है।

एक सेमिनार में पूजा

पूजा की कंपनी मलाई पूरी तरह भारतीय स्वाद से प्रभावित है। वे कहती हैं मैंने अपने आइसक्रीम ब्रांड में बचपन में टेस्ट किए हर स्वाद को मिलाने की कोशिश की है। उनके अनुसारफूड एक आम भाषा है जो सारी दुनिया को एक सूत्र में बांधने की ताकत रखता है।

आइसक्रीम कोन दिखाती पूजा

पूजा को चाय की महक बहुत पसंद है। न्यूयॉर्क में भी तरह-तरह की चाय के फ्लेवर उन्हेंअच्छे लगते हैं।पूजा कहती हैं मैं एक इंडियन अमेरिकन महिला हूं। मैं अमेरिका में भी आइसक्रीम के इंडियन फ्लेवर को नहीं छोड़ सकती। मैंने अपने ब्रांड से विदेशियों के बीच देसी स्वाद को बनाए रखने का प्रयास किया है।

देसी फ्लेवर वाली पूजा की तीन आइसक्रीम

पूजा ने कुछ हफ्तों पहले ही वेगान डाइट पसंद करने वाले लोगों के लिए व्हाइट चॉकलेट कोकोनट कोरिएंडर सोरबेट लॉन्च किया है। वे जल्दी ही इस तरह के अन्य फ्लेवर को वेगान प्रेमियों के लिए पेश करना चाहती हैं।पूजा से जब यह पूछा जाता है कि आइसक्रीम का वो कौन सा फ्लेवर है जो उन्हें सबसे ज्यादा पसंद आता है तो वह कहती हैं सिनेमन रोस्टेड आलमंड के साथ रोज फ्लेवर।

अपनी खुशी का इजहार करती पूजा

ये स्वाद बचपन से ही उनकी जुबान पर है। उन्होंने अपनी कंपनी में आइसक्रीम के 22 देसी फ्लेवर को आइसक्रीम लवर्स के लिए पेश किया है। इनमें मसाला चाय, पंपिकन गरम मसाला क्रम्बल, स्वीट कॉर्न और केसर शामिल है।

अगर हम बालकनी के इतिहास की बात करें तो400 बीसी तक ग्रीस में बालकनी बनना शुरू हो गई थी- मकसद था घर में हवा और प्राकृतिक रोशनी बढ़ाना।

बड़ी बालकनी कीफ्लोरिंग में आर्टिफिशियल ग्रास, वुड, टाइल्स की कीमत ज्यादा होती है, जिससे बजट बढ़ सकता है। इसकीदीवार पर टेक्स्चर पेंट, मोजै़क टाइल्स अच्छे लगतेहैं। फर्नीचर में वुड, प्लास्टिक, विकर, एल्युमिनियम सूट करेंगे।

4. ड्रेनेज

बालकनी की डिजाइन ड्रेनेज सिस्टम पर भी निर्भर करती है। बालकनी के बनने के दौरान ही ड्रेनेज और पाइपिंग आउटलेट लग जाते हैं। इसके बाद बदलाव मुश्किल हो सकता है। इसलिए बालकनी बनवाते समय इस ओर विशेष ध्यान देने की जरूरत है।

5.वेदरप्रूफ और वॉटरप्रूफ फर्नीचर

विकर सेट, कास्ट आयरन, रॉट आयरन बेंच, एक्रिलिक कुशन, सेडार, यूकेलिप्टस, टीक फर्नीचर खुली बालकनी में रख सकते हैं। इससे बालकनी की शान बढ़ जाती है। हालांकि मौसम के अनुसार इसे वहां से हटा दें वरना ये खराब भी हो सकते हैं।

कोरोना संकट की वजह से लॉकडाउन के चलते सैलून बंद होने की वजह से लोगों ने तीन-चार महीने तक बाल नहीं कटवाए। जब सैलून खुले तो अपने पहले हेयर कट की फोटो को सोशल मीडिया पर भेजने वाले लोगों की लाइन लग गई।

यहां बताए जा रहे ये फोटोज हेयर कट के पहले और बाद के हैं। लंबे समय से बाल न कटने की वजह से इन लोगों के चेहरे रफ एंड टफ लुक लिए थे। वहीं बाल कट जाने के बाद इनका फ्रेश लुक फोटो में साफ नजर आ रहा है।

6 साल के बच्चे की पढ़ाई आसान बनाने के लिए मां ने बेटे के साथ दो साल तक की ट्रैवलिंग, स्कूल से बेहतर मानती हैं सिखाने का यह तरीका

एक मांअपने छह साल के बेटेको प्राइमरी स्कूल से छुट्‌टी दिलाकर दो साल के लिएउसेटूर पर ले गई।उसका कहना है कि इन दो सालों में बच्चेने जितना सीखा वह कभी क्लासरूम में पढ़ते हुए नहीं सीख सकताथा।
टैरी शांक्स नाम की यह महिला अपने बेटे कैमेरॉन के साथ दो बार वर्ल्ड टूर पर जा चुकी हैं।

जब से कोरोना वायरस का असर शुरू हुआ, वे अपने एडवेंचर टूर को अधूरा छोड़कर घर वापिस आ गईं।द सन में प्रकाशित खबर के अनुसार टैरी सिंगल मदर हैं।

वे कहती हैं यात्रा एक ऐसा अनुभव है जिसके माध्यम से बच्चे बहुत कुछ सीख सकते हैं। 49 साल की इसमहिला के अनुसारमेरे बड़ी बेटी जॉर्जिया की उम्र 22 साल है।

जब वह स्कूल में थी और उसकी छुटि्टयां लगती थीं तो मैं उसे अलग-अलग देशों की यात्रा पर लेकर जाती थी।

टैरी ने उन्हीं दिनों ट्रैवलिंग का महत्व जाना। टैरी कहती हैं ये बात मैं सभी से कहना चाहती हूं कि समय-समय पर यात्रा करना चाहिए। टैरी ने अपने सफर की शुरुआत उस समय की थी जब उनकी बेटी जॉर्जिया की उम्र छह साल थी।

आर्थिक तंगी के चलते टैरी के टूर कभी भी एक हफ्ते से ज्यादा नहीं होते थे। जब कैमेरॉन का जन्म हुआ तो टैरी को यह लगा कि अब उसे अपने बेटे के साथ ट्रैवलिंग के लिए जाना चाहिए।
2017 से टैरी ने अपने टूर के लिए पैसा जमा करने शुरू किया।

जब टैरी नेइस रोमांचक सफर के बारे में कैमेरॉन को बताया तो वह बहुत खुश हुआ। वे कहती हैं -इस टूर का ख्याल आने परमुझे ये भी लगा कि कैमेरॉन की पढ़ाई इससेप्रभावित होगी। लेकिन जब मैंने इस बारे में अपने दोस्तों से बात की तो वह भी यही कहने लगे कि मुझे अपने बेटे के साथ जाना ही चाहिए।

टैरी के पति ने कभी बच्चों की परवाह नहीं की। उसने खुद नौकरी करके दो बच्चों की परवरिश की।2018 में टैरी ने अपने लाड़ले बेटे के साथ इस सफर की शुरुआत की।

इस बीच वे अमेरिका, कनाडा, मैक्सिको, दुबई, सिंगापुर, ऑस्ट्रेलिया और न्यूजीलैंड गईं।टैरी ने अपनी यात्रा के दौरान कैमेरॉन की पढ़ाई का भी पूरा ख्याल रखा।

वे रोज रात को उसे मैथ्सपढ़ातीं थीं।साथ ही अन्य विषय की किताबों से भी नई-नई चीजों की जानकारी देती थीं।अपने बेटे के साथ मिलकर टैरी नेकई आर्ट एंड क्राफ्ट वर्क भी किए। सफर के दौरान टैरी ने ये महसूस किया कि नए-नए लोगों और नए माहौल में कैमेरॉन आसानी से घुल-मिल जाता है।

सितंबर 2019 में वे तीन महीने के लिए अपने घर लौटी ताकि अपनी बेटी जॉर्जिया और दोस्तों से मिल सकें। जनवरी 2020 में टैरी ने एक बार फिर अपने टूर की शुरुआत की। इस बार वेकैमेरॉन के साथ सिंगापुर, फिली, द कुक आइसलैंड और ऑस्ट्रेलिया गईं।

इसी बीच कोरोना वायरस का असर शुरू हुआ और अप्रैल 2020 में उन्हें अपना टूर बीच में छोड़कर वापस आना पड़ा। टैरी के अनुसार कैमेरॉन के साथ अलग-अलग देश घूमते हुए उसने अपने बेटे को हिस्ट्री और जियोग्राफी से संबंधित कई जानकारी दीं।

हर देश के कल्चर को कैमेरॉन ने जाना जो आमतौर पर स्कूल में पढ़ने वाले बच्चे नहीं जान पाते।कैमेरॉन को ये भी समझ में आया कि मैक्सिको जैसे स्थान पर इतनी गरीबी में उसकी उम्र के बच्चे वो सारी सुविधाएं नहीं पा सकते जो उसे मिलती हैं। साथ ही मुश्किल हालातों में किस तरह जिया जा सकता है, ये बात उसने इस टूर के माध्यम से जानी।

टैरी कहती हैं मैं जानती हूं किसी भी पेरेंट्स के लिए बच्चे को पढ़ाई से दूर करके उसे दो साल के टूर पर ले जाना इतना आसान नहीं है। लेकिन ये वो फैसला है जो बच्चों को जिंदगी का सबक देने के लिए लिया जा सकता है। मैंने टूर पर जाने से पहले अपने दिलपर हाथ रखा और जो आवाज आई उसे सुनकर जाने का फैसला लिया। मुझे खुशी है कि मेरा फैसला सही था।

MCX seeks approval from Sebi to re-launch potato futures contracts

Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) has said it is seeking approval from market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India to re-launch potato futures contracts. "There is a need (of hedging) in sensitive commodities like pulses and sugar etc... We may soon be launching potato contracts," said Rishi Nathani, head of business development at MCX, while commenting on industry demand for robust farm futures trade in a webinar on agricultural reforms. The exchange has applied to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) for permission to re-launch the potato contracts, he stated. MCX had a successful potato futures contract, few years ago, but it lost liquidity over a period of time due to which Forward Markets Commission, then regulator of the commodity derivatives market, asked MCX to stop trade in the contract in September 2014. आउटडोर वर्कआउट कर रहीं शीना चावला बताती हैं, उन्हें चलने में दिक्कत थी, डॉक्टर ने एक्सरसाइज करने को कहा था। अनलॉक के बाद आउटडोर वर्कआउट शुरू किया।दो किमी की वॉक से शुरू किया।अब 10 किलोमीटर रनिंग के बाद वे कई एक्सरसाइज करती हैं।

पुशअप्स और ग्लूट ब्रिज फ्रंट प्लैंक
पिलाटेस एक्सपर्ट सोनम धीर बताती हैं, 8-9 लोगों के साथ शहर के अलग-अलग स्पॉट्स पर जाकर सदस्यों को कोबरा एक्सरसाइज, ग्ल्यूट ब्रिज फ्रंट प्लैंक, पुशअप्स की ट्रेनिंग देती हैं। खुली जगहमें 2 घंटे तक वर्कआउट और ट्रेनिंग देती हूं।

5 दिन लगातार क्रॉसफिट, कार्डियो
जिम ट्रेनर जिशान अली बताते हैं कि वे पिछले 20 दिनों से हर सोमवार से शनिवार तक मनुआभान टेकरी पर क्रॉसफिट, रनिंग, कार्डियो और मसल्स की एक्सरसाइज करवाते हैं। शुरुआत में सभी मेंबर्स को नींबू पानी, शहद दिया जाता है।

साइकलिंग के साथ स्पाइडर वॉक
फिटनेस ट्रेनर हुजैफा कुरैशी ने साइकिलिंग और एक्सरसाइज का कॉम्बिनेशन बनाया है। 25 से 30 किमी की साइकलिंग के बाद फंक्शनल ट्रेनिंग स्कॉड, स्पाइडर वॉक, लंजेस, माउंटेन क्लाइंबिंग और 15 से 25 के 2 सेट पुशअप्स करते हैं। इन एक्सरसाइज से पेट के आस-पास की चर्बी कम होती है।

यूएई के मिशन टू मार्स अभियान की कमांड सारा अल-अमीरी के हाथ में, इस प्रोजेक्ट का हिस्सा बनने पर गर्व है उन्हें

अरब देशों का मंगल ग्रह पर पहला अभियान इसी माहसे शुरू हो रहा है। यह संयुक्त अरब अमीरात के अंतरिक्ष कार्यक्रम का अगला कदमहै। इस मानवरहित प्रोब का नाम 'अल-अमल' है जिसका अरबी में अर्थ होता है उम्मीद।

तनेगाशिमा के जापानी द्वीप से इस मिशन की शुरुआत होगी। उन्नत प्रौद्योगिकी राज्य मंत्री और यूएई के मार्स मिशन में साइंस लीड होप प्रोब कीडिप्टी प्रोजेक्ट मैनेजर सारा अली अमीरी हैं। उन्होंने कुशलतापूर्वक इस मिशन की कमांड अपने हाथ में ली है।

सारा के अनुसार इस मिशन पर पिछले छह सालों से काम चल रहा था। मिशन की टीम ने रोज लगभग 12 घंटे काम किया है। वे मानती हैं कि इस मिशन को पूरा करने में कई चुनौतियों का सामना करना पड़ा। वहीं इन चैलेंजसेमिशन की टीम को बहुत कुछ सीखने को भी मिला। सारा को इस प्रोजेक्ट का हिस्सा बनने पर गर्व है।

जापानी रॉकेट से इसे ले जाया जाएगा। इसमेंमंगल के वातावरण का आंकलन करने के लिए तीन प्रकार के सेंसर हैंजिसमें ग्रह की धूल और ओज़ोन को मापने के लिए हाई-रिज़ोल्यूशन मल्टीबैंड कैमरा है।

इस अभियान में मंगल के वातावरण के विभिन्न स्तरों से लेकर इस बात का भी पता लगाया जाएगा कि लाल ग्रह से हाइड्रोजन और ऑक्सीजन खत्म होने की वजह क्या रही है।

यान के 2021 की पहली तिमाही में मंगल पर पहुंचने की संभावना व्यक्त की गई है। साराह अल-अमीरी कहती हैं कि जो युवा स्पेस इंजीनियरिंग में अपना भविष्य बनाना चाहते हैं, उन्हें ये परियोजना प्रोत्साहित करेगी।

उनके अनुसारलाल ग्रह पर यूएई का अंतरिक्ष यान तब पहुंचेगा जब वो अपने गठन के 50 साल का जश्न मनाएगा।

लॉकडाउन में अपने शौक को ही कमाई का साधन बनाने वाले लोगों की कमी नहीं है। अगर हम नागालैंड वासियों की बात करें तो यहां गार्डनिंग का शौक रखने वालों के लिए लॉकडाउन किसी वरदान से कम नहीं है। यहां की महिलाओं ने गार्डनिंग करके अपने शौक को जिंदा तो रखा ही , साथ ही इसे आय का जरिया भी बनाया। अपने घरवालों की मदद से वे इस काम के जरिये पैसा कमाकर घर का खर्च चलारही हैं।

कोहिमा की रहने वाली अचानो होम को बागवानी का शौक हमेशा से रहा है। वे अपने गार्डन में फूल लगाना पसंद करती हैं। लेकिन लॉकडाउन के दौरान लोगों को सब्जियों के लिए परेशान होते देख उन्होंने अपने गार्डन में सब्जियां उगाना शुरू किया।

अचानो के पति ने प्लास्टिक शीट और बांस से छोटा सा बगीचा तैयार किया। यहां वे दोनों मिलकर सब्जियों की खेती करते हैं।उनकी सब्जियां बड़े शहरों में भी सप्लाय की जाती हैं। जरूरत पड़ने पर वे लोगों को मुफ्त में भी सब्जियां देते हैं।

नेचुत्तुओनो होम की उम्र 23 साल है। उसने अपने वेजिटेबल गार्डन की शुरुआत दो बहनों के साथ लॉकडाउन के शुरुआती दिनों में की थी। उनके गार्डन में आज कई वैरायटी की अलग-अलग सब्जियों को देखा जा सकता है। उन्हें दिन के अधिकांश समय इसी गार्डन में देखा जा सकता है।

होम ने सब्जियों के आसपास बेल लगाई है। बरसात का मौसम होने की वजह से उन्होंने पहाड़ों पर मकई उगाना शुरू किया है।दरअसल, यहां लोगों ने घर मेंही सब्जियां उगाकर बेचना शुरू कर दिया है, जिससे उनकी कमाई भी होने लगी है। नागालैंड के लोग खेती-बाड़ी के लिए जाने जाते थे लेकिन बदलते समय के साथ उन्होंने खेती करना छोड़ दिया। मगर, लॉकडाउन के वजह से वह फिर इस काम से जुड़ रहे हैं।
