लाइफस्टाइल डेस्क. ब्रिटेन की काउंटी, बंकिंघमशायर की एक सिंगल मदर लंबे समय से खूबसूरत दिखने के लिए लाखों रुपए खर्च कर रही है। इसे वह मम्मी मेकओवर कहती है।

कौन है ये महिला

32 साल की ट्रेसी किस के 2 बच्चे हैं और वो सिंगल मदर है। ट्रेसी ने इसके तहत नाक, छाती, बट इम्प्लांट्स, लेजर आई सर्जरी और अपने शरीर के अन्य गुप्तांगों की सर्जरी करवाई। उसका कहना है कि खूबसूरत दिखना उसकी सबसे बड़ी चाहत है और इसके लिए वह हमेशा प्रयासरत रहती है। नॉन सर्जिकल ब्यूटी के लिए मोल रिमूवल, बोटॉक्स और लिप फिलिंग भी उसने करवाई है, जिसके लिए उसने 42 लाख रुपए खर्च किए और उसमें से 38 लाख रुपए इस काम के लिए लोन लिया।

सोशल लाइफ की दी कुर्बानी

ट्रेसी का कहना है कि अपने इस जुनून के लिए उसने अपनी सोशल लाइफ में काफी कुर्बानियां की हैं। वो कहती हैं कि वे घूमने-फिरने में खर्च करने की अपेक्षा अपनी खूबसूरती पर पैसा खर्च करना ज्यादा बेहतर मानती हैं। उनका कहना है कि घूम-फिरकर आप सिर्फ कुछ यादें बढ़ा सकते हैं, लेकिन खूबसूरती आपके साथ हमेशा रहती है और इसके लिए उन्हें खर्च करना चाहिए।

कैसे आता है पैसा

उनका कहना है कि वे जॉब करती हैं और अपनी सैलरी में से हर साल 1 लाख की बचत मनचाही सर्जरी में खर्च करने के लिए करती हैं। उन्होंने अपना मकान भी नहीं खरीदा है और वे किराए के मकान में रहती हैं। जब वे सर्जरी करवाती हैं, तो उनके बच्चों की देखभाल उनकी मां करती हैं। क्योंकि उन्हें कई-कई हफ्तों तक अस्पताल में भी रहना होता है। हर महीना उन्हें अपने लोन पर 37 हजार रुपए कि इन्सटॉलमेंट देनी होती है।

सर्जरी मजबूरी में भी

ट्रेसी कहती हैं कि वे बेवजह और फालतू पैसा खर्च करने वालों में से नहीं हैं। इसलिए कार भी अपडेट नहीं करतीं, उनके पास आज भी 2012 मॉडल की पुरानी निसान कार है और नई व महंगी कार खरीदने की जगह वे अपनी सर्जरी में पैसा खर्च करती हैं और उनको अपनी कई सर्जरियां मजबूरन करवानी पड़ीं।

पूरा पैसा सर्जरी में इस तरह किया खर्च

उन्होंने अपनी नाक की सर्जरी स्पेन में करवाई जिसके लिए उन्होंने 3.71 लाख रुपए सर्जरी में खर्च किया।

रेग्युलर बोटॉक्स, प्लस लिप, गालों, जबड़े और अंडर आई फिलर की खूबसूरती के लिए वे सालाना करीब 1 लाख रुपए खर्च करती हैं।

ट्रेसी का कहना है कि उन्हें अपनी नाक की सर्जरी इसलिए करवानी पड़ी क्योंकि उनकी नाक की झिल्ली में समस्या थी और साल भर से वे मुंह से सांस ले रही थीं। उन्हें पास की चीजें देखने में भी परेशानी थी, इसके लिए उन्होंने चश्मे की जगह लेजर सर्जरी करवाई जिसमें उन्होंने 4.6 लाख रुपए खर्च किए। वे अपने इस खर्च को बोझ की तरह नहीं देखतीं बल्कि ये खुद पर किया गया इन्वेस्टमेंट है उनके लिए।

स्कॉटलैंड बना महिलाओं को मुफ्त सैनेटरी उत्पाद देने वाला पहला देश, भारत की अब भी हालत खस्ता

लाइफस्टाइल डेस्क. महिलाओं केस्वास्थको ध्यान में रखते हुए स्कॉटलैंड की सरकार ने बीते दिन एक बड़ा कदम उठाया है। इस बिल के तहत स्कॉटलैंड की हर महिला नागरिक को जल्द ही मुफ्त टैंपोन और सैनेटरी उत्पाद मुहैया करवाया जाएगा। इस बिल को पास करने के लिए संसद में मौजूद 112 सदस्यों ने मंजूरी दी है। भारत की बात करें तो आज भी यहां गरीब महिलाओं के लिए की जा रही सभी कोशिशें नाकाम होती नज़र आ रही हैं।

22 करोड़ रुपए सालाना लागत में महिलाओं को मिलेगी सुविधा

सैनेटरी उत्पादबिल स्कॉटलैंड का प्रस्ताव मंत्रीमोनिका लेनन ने संसदमें रखा था। संसदमें मौजूद 112 लोगों ने पहले चरण में इसे मंजूरी दी है। अब इस बिल को आगे बढ़ाया जाएगा। इस कानून के बनने के बाद सामुदायिक भवन, यूथ क्लब और मेडिकल स्टोर समेत कई सार्वजनिक स्थानों में सैनेटरी नैपकिन मुफ्त मिलेंगे। इससे पहले भी साल 2018 में स्कॉटलैंड सरकारी स्कूलों में मुफ्त सैनेटरी उत्पाद देने वाला पहला देश बन चुका है। इस बिल में सालाना 22 करोड़ रुपए का खर्च आने वाला है।

भारत की अधिकतर सैनेटरी वैंडिग मशीनों की हालत खराब

साल 2019 में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा सभी सरकारी में मुफ्त सैनेटरी नैपकिन देने की योजना बनाई जा चुकी है। सरकार द्वारा कई सरकारी स्कूलों में सैनेटरी नैपकिन वैंडिग मशीनें लगाई गई हैं। मगर कुछ ही समय में इन मशीनों की हालत खस्ता हो गई है। कुछ सरकारी स्कूल ऐसी भी हैं जहां इस मशीन के इस्तेमाल के लिए बच्चियों को पैसे देने पड़ रहे हैं।

सुविधा ब्रांड के सैनेटरी नैपकिन की कीमत घटाकर 1 रुपए की गई

भारत में सैनेटरी नैपकिन योजना की शुरुआत साल 2018 में की गई थी। इसके अंतर्गत देश के 5.500 जन औषधि केंद्रों में ढाई रुपए प्रति सैनेटरी नैपकिन बेचा गया था। करीब एक साल के अंदर ही 2.2 करोड़ सुविधा सैनेटरी नैपकिन की बिक्री की गई थी। साल 2019 में इनके दामों को घटाकर मात्र एक रुपए कर दिया गया है।

महिलाओं को भी करना होगा जागरुक

देश में आज भी कई ऐसे ग्रामीण क्षेत्र हैं जहां महिलाओं को सैनेटरी नैपकिन और पीरियड संबंधित जागरुकता नहीं है। असुरक्षित तरीकों के इस्तेमाल से कई महिलाएं संक्रमण का शिकार हो जाती हैं। शोध में पता चला है कि 40 प्रतिशत महिलाएं सावधानी ना रखने के कारण संक्रमित हो जाती हैं। बार-बार संक्रमित होने से महिलाओं में सर्वाइकल कैंसर होने का खतरा बना रहता है। देश में सालाना सर्वाइकल कैंसर के लगभग 1,32,000 केस सामने आते हैं, जिनमें से केवल आधी महिलाओं का ही उपचार हो पाता है। दुनियाभर के सर्वाइकल कैंसर के मामलों से मरने वालों में एक तिहाही भारत की महिलाएं हैं।

बैटल ऑफ गंगा एंड यमुना महाभारत 12, एम एफ हुसैन

भारत के पिकासो कहे जाने वाले एम एफ हुसैन की कला को दुनियाभर में सराहा जाता है। इनकी साल 1972 में बनाई गई तस्वीर 'बैटल ऑफ गंगा एंड यमुना महाभारत 12' को 27 फरवरी को लाइव नीलामी में उतारा जा रहा है। इस पैंटिंग की कीमत 12 से 18 करोड़ रुपए तय की गई है। साल 2008 में एम एफ हुसैन की एक पैंटिग 12 करोड़ रुपए में बिकी थी जो उनकी अब तक की सबसे महंगी पैंटिग है। यदि नीलामी में इस पैंटिग की 18 करोड़ कीमत मिलती है तो ये एक नया रिकॉर्ड होने वाला है।

इस पैंटिग को साल 1935 में अमृता शेरगिल ने शिमला में बनाया था। अमृता की इस पैंटिग को भारतीय कला के खजानों में से एक की उपाधि दी गई है। पैंटिंग को कई खूबसूरत एब्सट्रेक्ट रंगो से बनाया गया है। इस पैंटिग को नीलाम करने की कीमत 12 से 18 करोड़ रुपए रखी गई है।

राजा रवि वर्मा, 1881

साल 1881 में बनाई गई इस पैंटिग में त्रावणकोर रियासत के महाराजा और उनके छोटे भाई बकिंघम के तीसरे शासक, रिचर्ड टेंपल ग्रेनविल, मद्रास के गवर्नर जनरल का सवागत कर रहे हैं। इस पैंटिग को पिछले साल सैफरनआर्ट कंपनी ने 2.2 मिलियन डॉलर में नीलाम किया था। इस साल राजा रवि वर्मा की एक बेनाम पेंटिग की नीलामी 2 से 3 करोड़ रुपए में होगी। इस तस्वीर को भारतीय कला के खजाने में शामिल किया गया है।

1972 में बने इस मॉडर्न आर्ट पीस में वीएस गायतोंडे के देवनागरी में हस्ताक्षर के साथ दिनांक भी मौजूद है। इस तस्वीर की कीमत 7 से 9 करोड़ रुपए है।

लाल रंग में बनाई गई भगवान श्रीकृष्ण की पैंटिग को 27 फरवरी को नीलामी में दर्शाया जाएगा। इस पैंटिंग को साल 1992 में लोकप्रिय कलाकार मंजीत बावा द्वारा बनाया गया है। इसकी कीमत 3 से 5 करोड़ रुपये रखी गई है।

पीले और सफेद रंग के इस केनवास को साल 1969 में मशहूर आर्टिस्ट अर्पिता सिंह ने बनाया है। इस केनवास में अर्पिता के हस्ताक्षर के साथ दिनांक भी लिखी हुई है। इस पेंटिग की कीमत 1.2 से 1.8 करोड़ रुपये रखी गई है।

The second largest card issuer SBI Cards & Payment Services, which is hitting the primary market with a Rs 9,000-crore initial public offering, has set the price band for the share sale at Rs 750-755. The IPO, opening on March 2 and closing on 4, comprises fresh issue of equity shares aggregating to Rs 500 crore and an offer for sale where promoters will offload nearly 13 crore shares. Promoters SBI and Carlyle Group will offload 3.73 crore shares and 9.32 shares respectively. लाइफस्टाइल डेस्क, अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति बीते दिन फर्स्ट लेडी मेलानिया ट्रम्प और बेटी इ‌वांका के साथ भारत पहुंचे हैं। अहमदाबाद में उतरने के बाद आज सभी दिल्ली पहुंच चुके हैं। 36 घंटे के भारत दौरे में आज फर्स्ट लेडी मेलानिया दिल्ली के सरकारी स्कूल पहुंची हैं। इस दौरान वो बच्चों के साथ खास मुलाकात की है।

मेलानिया ट्रम्प 11 बजकर 55 मिनट पर दिल्ली के सर्वोदय को-एजुकेशन सीनियर सेकेंडरी स्कूल पहुंची थीं। स्कूल के बच्चों ने उनके लिए गेट पर बैग पाइप बजाकर स्वागत किया। बच्चों ने उनकी आरती उतारते हुए उनके माथे पर टीका भी लगाया है।

हैप्पीनेस क्लास में मेलानिया ने किए बच्चों से सवाल-जवाब

फूलों से स्वागत के बाद मेलानिया छोटे बच्चों की हैप्पीनेस क्लास में पहुंची। एक घंटे की इस क्लास में टीचर ने बच्चों को कहानियां सुनाई साथ ही उनसे कुछ सवाल जवाब भी किए। मेलानिया को क्लास में एक कुर्सी पर बैठाया गया था। क्लासरूम के ब्लैकबोर्ड में उनके लिए स्वागत नोट भी लिखा गया था। मेलानिया इस दौरान कुछ नन्हें बच्चों के साथ पज़ल गेम सुलझाते हुए भी दिखीं।

क्या है हैप्पीनेस क्लासरूम

साल 2018 में दिल्ली के हर सरकारी स्कूल में आम आदमी पार्टी द्वारा एक बड़ा बदलाव किया गया था जिसे हैप्पीनेस करीकुलमनाम दिया गया है। एक घंटें चलने वाली इस क्लास में बच्चों को किताबी ज्ञान के अलावा कई सारी अलग- अलग एक्टिविटीज़ सिखाई जाती हैं। छोटे बच्चों को यहां आर्ट और क्राफ्ट भी सिखाया जाता है। मेलानिया ट्रम्प ने भी साल 2018 में बी बेस्ट नाम के एक कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत की थी, जिसमें बच्चों के आत्मविश्ववास को बढ़ाने के लिए काम किया जाता है। यही कारण है कि मेलानिया हर विदेशी दौरे में स्कूलों में जाने को महत्व देती आई हैं।

मेलानिया लगातार बच्चों से बातचीत करने की कोशिश में लगी हुई थीं। फर्स्ट लेडी की भाषा को समझना इन प्राइमरी स्कूल के बच्चों के लिए काफी मुश्किल है इसलिए स्कूल की टीचर ही यहां ट्रांसलेटर का काम कर रही हैं। उन्होंने कई बच्चों का परिचय देने के बाद सभी बच्चों को अंत में एक साथ संबोधित किया है। एक साथ बैठे बच्चे पूरे जोश के साथ भारत और अमेरिका का झंड़ा लहराते नज़र आ रहे हैं।

'नमस्ते'से हुई स्पीच की शुरुआत

मेलानिया ट्रम्प ने नमस्ते से अपनी स्पीच की शुरुआत की, जिसे सुनकर बच्चों ने भी उत्साह से जवाब दिया। उन्होंने पहली बार तिलक से स्वागत का अनुभव किया है जो उनके लिए खास एक्सपीरियंस रहा है। स्कूल में बुलाने के लिए धन्यवाद देते हुए उन्होंने स्कूल की शिक्षा प्रणाली की भी जमकर तारीफ की है।

1998: डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प को हुआ पहली नज़र में प्यार

मेलानिया ट्रम्प एक पॉपुलर फैशन मॉडल रह चुकी हैं। न्यू यॉर्कर की रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार मेलानिया और डोनाल्ड की पहली मुलाकात साल 1998 में न्यूयॉर्क की एक फैशल वीक पार्टी में हुई थी। 52 साल के डोनाल्ड पहली नज़र में ही 28 साल की मेलानिया को पसंद कर चुके थे। इस पार्टी में सेलानिया मिडलफर्ट के साथ पहुंचने के बावजूद डोनाल्ड ने हिम्मत करके उनसे उनका फोन नंबर मांगा। मेलानिया ने उन्हें अपना नंबर देने से इनकार करते हुए खुद उनसे नंबर ले लिया।

लगातार 5 सालों तक रिलेशनशिप में रहने के बाद साल 2004 में डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प ने मेलानिया को अंगूठी के साथ शादी के लिए प्रपोज़ किया था। इस बेशकीमती अंगूठी की कीमत 1.5 मिलियन डॉलर थी।
