वजन घटाना चाहते हैं और हार्ट को हेल्दी रखना चाहते हैं तो वीगन डाइट को अपना सकते हैं। फल, सब्जी और अनाज से मिलने वाले न्यूट्रिएंट्स पेट को दुरस्त रखने के साथ कैंसर का खतरा घटाते हैं। लेकिन कई महीनों तक इस डाइट के सहारे रहना खतरनाक है। क्लीनिकल न्यूट्रिशनिस्ट डॉ. सुरभि पारीक कहती हैं, जब भी इस डाइट की शुरुआत करें तो इसके साथ कुछ और सप्लिमेंट्स लें वरना कुछ पोषक तत्वों की कमी हो सकती है।

वीगन डाइट कैंसर का खतरा घटाती है, रिसर्च में साबित हुआ
अमेरिका में हुई एक स्टडी बताती है वीगन डाइट वजन घटाने में कारगर है। इसमें फैट बेहद कम मात्रा में होने के कारण ब्लड प्रेशर कंट्रोल में रहता है और हृदय रोगों का खतरा घटता है। फल और सब्जियों के जरिए शरीर में एंटीऑक्सीडेंट्स काफी मात्रा में पाए जाते हैं जो ब्लड शुगर भी कंट्रोल में रखते हैं और इम्युनिटी को बढ़ाते हैं।

मेयो क्लीनिक की एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, वीगन डाइट में नॉन-वेज नहीं शामिल होता, इसलिए ये कोलोन और ब्रेस्ट कैंसर से भी बचाते हैं। इसमें फायबर होने के कारण पेट से जुड़ी दिक्कतें जैसे कब्ज नहीं होता।

वीगन डाइट लें तो इन 6 बातों का ध्यान रखें

• क्लीनिकल न्यूट्रिशनिस्ट डॉ. सुरभि पारीक बताती हैं कि वीगन डाइट 3 महीने से अधिक समय तक न लें। लगातार प्लांट बेस्ड डाइट लेने से शरीर में आयरन, कैल्शियम, विटामिन-डी और बी-12 की कमी हो जाती है।
• कई बार लोग दूध के ऑप्शन के तौर पर सोया मिल्क, सोया पनीर लेते हैं। डाइट में सोया की मात्रा अधिक होने पर हार्मोनल इम्बैलेंस होने का खतरा रहता है। नतीजा, हेयरफॉल और स्किन स्पॉट्स के रूप में दिख सकता है। इसलिए वीगन डाइट लेते समय एक्सपर्ट से सलाह जरूर लें।
• अगर लम्बे समय के लिए यह डाइट लेते हैं तो एक्सपर्ट कुछ सप्लिमेंट्स प्रिस्क्राइब करते हैं जो कैल्शियम, विटामिन-डी, बी-12 और आयरन की कमी पूरी करते हैं। सिर्फ प्लांट बेस्ड डाइट लेते हैं कई जरूरी पोषक तत्वों की कमी हो सकती है।
• विटामिन-डी की कमी को पूरा करने के लिए सुबह 9 बजे से पहले कुछ समय धूप में बैठें। इससे विटामिन-डी की कमी पूरी होगी और हडि्डयां भी मजबूत होंगी।
• विटामिन बी-12 की कमी होने पर थकान और कमजोरी महसूस होती है इसलिए डाइट में सोया ड्रिंक्स, अनाज जरूर लें। सिर्फ सब्जियों और फलों पर डिपेंड न रहें।
• डॉ. सुरभि के मुताबिक, हरी सब्जियां लेने के बावजूद लोगों में आयरन की कमी हो सकती है क्योंकि ये लो-हीम फूड हैं। इनसे उतना आयरन नहीं मिल पाता जितना चाहिए। इसके लिए मटर, टोफू और ड्रायफ्रूट्स जरूर लें।

वीगन डाइट किसे नहीं लेनी चाहिए

ऐसे लोग जो पहले से अंडरवेट हैं। आयरन और कैल्शियम की कमी से जूझ रहे हैं, उन्हें वीगन डाइट लेने से बचना चाहिए। जैसे- एनीमिक महिलाएं। ऐसे लोग जिन्हें नट्स, सोया और ग्लूटेन से एलर्जी है उन्हें भी वीगन डाइट नहीं लेनी चाहिए।

वेजिटेरियन और वीगन डाइट के फर्क को भी समझ लें
वीगन और वेजिटेरियन डाइट में एक सबसे बड़ा अंतर है। वेगन डाइट में ज्यादातर ऐसे फूड शामिल हैं जो पेड़े-पौधों से सीधे तौर पर मिलते हैं। वीगन डाइट में एक बात का खासतौर पर ध्यान दिया जाता है कि जो भी फूड ले रहे हैं वो केमिकल से तैयार न हुए हों। यानी ऑर्गेनिक फार्मिंग से तैयार होने वाले फूड होने चाहिए।

कैसे शुरू हुआ वर्ल्ड वीगन डे

Sebi directs BSP Infra to return investors' money within 90 days

Markets regulator Sebi on Tuesday directed BSP Infrastructure & Construction and its then managing director Pradip Samaddar to refund the money raised from investors within 90 days. They have been directed to refund the money along with an interest of 15 per cent per annum, according to a Sebi order. In addition, they have been barred from the capital markets for a period of four years or till the completion of refund to investors, whichever is earlier. The company raised over Rs 11 crore by issuing secured redeemable debentures to 9,402 investors as on September 2016. It claimed to have repaid over Rs 3.2 crore to investors. These debentures were issued to more than 48 persons during 2010-11, 2011-12 and 2012-13 without complying with the public issue norms specified under ILDS (Issue and Listing of Debt Securities) Regulations. बटर को लंबे समय तक इस्तेमाल करना है तो इसे फ्रीजर में रखें, आलू-प्याज को कभी एक साथ न रखें वरना ये जल्दी खराब हो जाएंगे

फूड आइटम्स की लाइफ बढ़ाने के लिए उन्हें रखने का सही तरीका जानना जरूरी है। कई फलों को एक साथ रखने से बचें वरना ये जल्दी खराब होने लगते हैं। वहीं सब्जियों और सॉस को रखने का तरीका भी जानें ताकि ये अधिक समय तक फ्रेश रहें।

फ्रूट्स

सभी फ्रूट्स एक साथ एक ही बास्केट में रखेंगे तो वे तेजी से पकना शुरू होंगे और सब एक साथ ही खराब भी हो जाएंगे। एक्सपर्ट्स बताते हैं कि कुछ फ्रूट्स इथीलिन गैस छोड़ते हैं जो फलों को जल्दी खराब कर देती है। इसलिए केले, सेब, टमाटर, नाशपाती को एक दूसरे से अलग रखना चाहिए ताकि वे ज्यादा दिनों तक खराब न हों।

बटर

फ्रिज में बटर रखना ठीक है, लेकिन इसे तेज खुश्बू वाले आइटम से दूर रखें। बटर बेहद तेजी से कोई भी खुश्बू एब्जॉर्ब कर लेता है। अगर कुछ हफ्तों के अंदर ही इस्तेमाल करना है तो ठीक है, लेकिन लंबा चलाना है तो बटर को फ्रीजर में रखें।

आलू-प्याज़

आलू और प्याज एक साथ नहीं रखने चाहिए। यदि इन दोनों को साथ रखते हैं तो आलू जल्दी स्प्राउट होंगे। आलू को हमेशा ठंडी और हवादार जगह पर रखना चाहिए।

सब्जियां

जिन थैलियों में सब्जियां आती हैं यदि उन्हीं थैलियों सहित सब्जियों को फ्रिज में रखेंगे तो वे जल्दी सड़ जाएंगी। सब्जियों को धोकर, सुखाकर, पेपर टॉवेल्स में बांधकर रखें। इससे सब्जियां लंबे समय तक ताज़ी बनी रहती हैं।

टमाटर

टमाटर फ्रिज में नहीं रखने चाहिए। इससे उनके पकने की प्रक्रिया धीमी होती है और फ्लेवर भी जाता है। टमाटर को काउंटर पर या किसी स्टैंड पर हवादार और ठंडी जगह रखना चाहिए।

लेफ्ट ओवर

बचे हुए खाने को एक बड़े कंटेनर में रखने के बजाय दो छोटे कंटेनर्स में रखना चाहिए। बड़े कंटेनर्स को फ्रिज में रखेंगे तो ठंडा होने में समय लेंगे जबकि छोटे कंटेनर्स में रखने से खाना जल्दी ठंडा होगा और जल्दी खराब भी नहीं होगा।

मस्टर्ड्स, डिप्स,केचप और सॉसेस

इन्हें रखने से पहले इनका ढक्क्न अच्छी तरह लगा लें। ऐसा नहीं करेंगे तो ये चीज़ें जल्दी खराब होंगी। इनकी बॉटल को फ्रिज में रखने से पहले लिड को साफ करें और ढक्कन टाइट लगाएं।

पतले /डैमेज बाल
