Inox Green Energy's Rs 740-crore IPO subscribed 46% on Day 1 of offer

The initial share sale of Inox Green Energy got subscribed 46 per cent on the first day of subscription on Friday. The Initial Public Offering (IPO) received bids for 3.05 crore shares against 6.67 crore shares on offer, according to NSE data. The portion for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) got subscribed 1.03 times while the category for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) received 47 per cent subscription. The quota for non-institutional investors got subscribed 5 per cent. Inox Green Energy Services, a subsidiary of Inox Wind, said on Thursday that it has collected Rs 333 crore from anchor investors. The swift collapse of cryptocurrency exchange FTX sent more shockwaves through the crypto world on Thursday, with authorities now investigating the firm for potential securities violations and analysts bracing for a further downturn in crypto prices. Ahead of IPO, Kaynes Technology garners Rs 257 cr from anchor investors

Kaynes Technology India Limited (KTIL) on Wednesday said it has collected Rs 257 crore from anchor investors ahead of its initial share sale that opens for public subscription on Thursday. The company has allotted 43.76 lakh equity shares to anchor investors at Rs 587 apiece, aggregating to Rs 257 crore, according to a circular uploaded on the BSE website. This came after four companies launched their initial share-sales last week. Of these, two IPOs -- maker of snacks and sweets Bikaji Foods International and Global Health Ltd which operates hospitals under the Medanta brand -- are currently underway. Seven of the top-10 most valued firms together added Rs 1,33,707.42 crore in market valuation last week amid an overall positive trend in equities, with Reliance Industries emerging as the biggest winner.
