हल्दी वाला दूध

लौंग की चाय

कहवा
पानी उबालकर उसमें इलायची, लौंग, दालचीनी मिलाएं। कुछ देर उबल जाने के बाद इसमें ग्रीन टी और केसर मिलाएं। एक मिनट बाद गैस बंद कर दें। अब इसे छान लें। बादाम को छोटे टुकड़ों में काटकर इसमें डालें और शहद डालकर सर्व करें।

इसके फायदे : इसमें एंटीऑक्सीडेंट्स होते हैं जो आपको इस मौसम में होने वाले इंफेक्शन से बचाने में मदद करते हैं। बॉडी को डिटॉक्स करने और स्ट्रेस दूर करने में यह फायदेमंद है।

दालचीनी की चाय
2 कप पानी में 1 चम्मच दालचीनी पाउडर, 4 लौंग,1 टुकड़ा अदरक डालकर 10 मिनट तक उबालें। छानकर उसमें कुछ बूंदें नींबू का रस और 1 चम्मच शहद मिलाकर पिएं।

इसके फायदे : ये चाय गैस की प्रॉब्लम दूर करती है और डाइजेशन बेहतर करती है। इसे नियमित रूप से पीने पर पेट की तकलीफ दूर होती है। ये चाय ब्लड सर्कुलेशन इम्प्रूव करती है।साथ ही बॉडी में इम्यूनिटी और हीट बढ़ाकर ठंड से बचाती है।

बस्तर जिले के टिकरालोहंगा में रहने वाले एक युवक ने एक ही मंडप में दो लड़कियों से शादी की। इस युवक का नाम चंदू मौर्य है। उसने 3 जनवरी को शादी रचाई। इसकी दोनों पत्नियों के नाम हसीना बघेल और सुंदरी कश्यप है। जब चंदू से इस शादी के बारे में पूछा गया तो उसने बताया कि वे दोनों मुझसे प्यार करती है। मैं उन्हें कभी धोखा नहीं दूंगा।

चंदू ने अग्नि को साक्षी मानकर दोनों के साथ सात फेरे लिए। शादी के निमंत्रण पत्र में दो वधुओं के नाम छपवाए। चंदू एक किसान है। उसे पहले करंजी की हसीना बघेल और उसके बाद एरंडवाल की सुंदरी से प्यार हुआ। इन तीनीं को आपस में एक दूसरे के प्रेम संबंधों के बारे में पहले से पता था। इनके परिवार वाले भी इस रिश्ते के बारे में पहले से जानते थे। जब चंदू के घर में शादी की बात चलने लगी तो उसने दोनों लड़कियों से शादी करने की इच्छा व्यक्त की। वह दोनों में से किसी को भी छोड़ना नहीं चाहता था।

चंदू की मर्जी को देखते हुए घर वालों ने इस रिश्ते के लिए हां कर दी। चंदू ने एक ही मंडप में दोनों लड़कियों के साथ शादी की और मेहमानों के लिए खाने का प्रबंध भी किया। स्टेज पर दो दुल्हनों के बीच में चंदू के बैठने का इंतजाम किया गया।

रंजना अग्रवाल पिछले पांच सालों से उत्तरप्रदेश में रहने वाले ट्रांसजेंडर्स को मुश्किलों का सामना करते हुए देख रही हैं। इस समुदाय के लिए आश्रय स्थल बनाने की खातिर उन्होंने अपने गहने बेच दिए। इन्हें बेचकर जो दो लाख रुपए मिले, उससे वे ऐसा आश्रय स्थल बना रही हैं जिसमें कम से कम 20 ट्रांसजेंडर्स के रहने का इंतजाम हो सकेगा।

रंजना ने ये जमीन बुलंदशहर के खुर्जा के बाहरी इलाके में खरीदी। उन्होंने बताया - ''मैंने पिछले पांच सालों के दौरान यह देखा कि इन समुदाय को आश्रय की समस्या का सामना करना पड़ता है। इन्हें लोग किराए का घर भी नहीं देते और न ही इन्हें आसानी से नौकरी मिलती है''।

रंजना एक एनजीओ की सचिव हैं जिनका नाम महिला कल्याण चेतना समिति है। हालांकि वे अपने पति, दो बेटों और ससुराल वालों के साथ खुद भी किराए के मकान में रहती हैं। लेकिन जब उन्होंने ट्रांसजेंडर्स के रहने की समस्या को करीब से जाना तो सबसे पहले उनके रहने की व्यवस्था पर ध्यान दिया। यह ट्रांसजेंडर्स के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश का पहला आश्रय स्थल होगा। रंजना इसे सही दिशा में उठाया गया पहला कदम मानती हैं।

सारा ने ब्रांड वूल के कपड़े पहनकर 100 डे चैलेंज को स्वीकार किया। इस चैलेंज में भाग लेने वाले प्रतिभागी को 100 दिनों तक एक ही ड्रेस पहनना पड़ता है। हालांकि वे इस ड्रेस को धो सकते हैं। इस ब्रांड की ऑफिशियल वेबसाइट के अनुसार, इस चैलेंज का मकसद लोगों को सीमित साधन में खुश रखने के लिए प्रेरित करना है।

रॉबिन्स ने इस चैलेंज को स्वीकार करने के लिए पहले ही दिन से इंस्ट्राग्राम पर अपनी ड्रेस के फोटो पोस्ट करना शुरू कर दिया था। उन्होंने तीन महीने से ज्यादा समय तक काले मेरिनो ऊन से बनी ड्रेस पहनी। इस ड्रेस को उन्होंने चर्च में पहना, वॉक के दौरान तो क्रिसमस पर भी पहने रखा। इस खूबसूरत और सिंपल ड्रेस के साथ सारा ने अपनी जरूरत के अनुसार, कभी रंगीन जैकेट, स्कार्फ या स्कर्ट पहना। अपने ड्रेसिंग स्टाइल को उन्होंने प्रतिदिन इंस्टाग्राम पोस्ट के जरिये बताया।

अलग-अलग ऐसेसरीज के साथ एक ही ड्रेस को किस तरह टीमअप किया जा सकता है, ये सारा से सीख सकते हैं। उन्होंने अपनी ड्रेस को जींस के साथ और व्हाइट कलर्ड जैकेट के साथ भी पहनना पसंद किया। इस ड्रेस के साथ पहने गए विंटेज स्वेटर ने भी उनके लुक को पूरा किया। एक इंस्टाग्राम यूजर ने सारा की तारीफ करते हुए लिखा - ''आपने इस चैलेंज को बखूबी पूरा किया''।

ट्रांसजेंडर समुदाय के लिए ब्यूटी कॉन्टेस्ट मिस इंटरनेशनल ट्रांस 2021 का आगाज हो चुका है। पूरी दुनिया से इस प्रतियोगिता में अपनी जीत हासिल करने के लिए ट्रांसवुमन जुट गई हैं। इस कॉन्टेस्ट में भारत को रिप्रजेंट करने के लिए दिल्ली में रहने वाली 22 साल की आर्ची सिंह का नाम फाइनल हुआ है। वे कोलंबिया में भारत का प्रतिनिधत्व करेंगी।

17 साल की उम्र में जब आर्ची को अपने ट्रांसजेंडर होने का पता चला तो उनके परिवार ने उन्हें सपोर्ट दिया। आर्ची ने बताया कि मॉडलिंग शुरू करने से पहले वे सोशल वर्क करती थीं। वे लोगों को ट्रांसजेंडर्स की वास्तविकता बताकर उन्हें सम्मान दिलाने का प्रयास करती थी। मॉडलिंग को वे अपने इस जागरूकता अभियान के लिए सबसे अच्छा मंच मानती हैं। इस क्षेत्र ने उनके काम को आसान बनाया है। मॉडलिंग के क्षेत्र में आने के बाद बाद आर्ची ने जेंडर रीएसाइंगमेंट सर्जरी कराई। उन्होंने यहां से अपनी नई जिंदगी की शुरुआत की।

इस सर्जरी के बाद भी ऐसे कई अवसर आए जब उनके साथ भेदभाव हुआ। इसी वजह से उन्हें कई बार मॉडलिंग का चांस नहीं मिला। कुछ मॉडलिंग एजेंसी ने उन्हें इसलिए नहीं लिया क्योंकि उनका मानना है कि वह वास्तविक महिला नहीं हैं। वे कहती हैं - ''मैं कभी भी इस वजह से रिजेक्ट नहीं हुई क्योंकि मुझमें योग्यता की कमी है, बल्कि मुझे इसलिए नकारा गया क्योंकि मैं एक ट्रांसवुमन हूं''। तमाम मुश्किलों के बाद भी आर्ची कई फैशन शोज का हिस्सा रहीं हैं। उनकी खुद को साबित करने की कोशिश अब भी जारी है।

जो किस्मत में लिखा होता है, वो हर हाल में होकर रहता है। अगर इस बात पर आप यकीन नहीं करते तो सिंधु की शादी के बारे में जानकर करने लगेंगे। कर्नाटक के चिक्कमगलुरु जिले के तारिकेरे तालुक गांव में दो भाईयों की शादी तय हुई थी। इनके नाम अशोक और नवीन हैं। नवीन ने अपनी होने वाली पत्नी सिंधु के साथ शादी से एक दिन पहले होने वाली सारी रस्में अदा की। वह विवाह समारोह में आए मेहमानों से भी मिला। लेकिन शादी की रस्में शुरू होने से पहले ही वह मंडप से चला गया।

बाद में पता चला कि नवीन की गर्लफ्रेंड ने उसे विवाह समारोह में ही जहर खाकर जान देने की धमकी दी थी। ये सुनकर नवीन घबरा गया और बिना कुछ सोचे-समझे सिंधु को छोड़कर गर्लफ्रेंड से मिलने चला गया। शादी में शामिल होने आए लोग ये देखकर हैरान रह गए। सिंधु के दुख का उस वक्त ठिकाना नहीं रहा जब उसे पता चला कि नवीन उसे छोड़कर चला गया है। वह मंडप में ही रोने लगी।

उसी मंडप में अशोक की शादी हुई। सिंधु और उसका परिवार बहुत परेशान थ। सिंधु को रोता हुआ देखकर उसके परिवार वालों ने तय किया कि वे इसी मंडप में उसकी शादी करेंगे। तब इस आयोजन में शामिल होने आए मेहमान बीएमटीसी कंडक्टर चंद्रप्पा से सिंधु की शादी हुई। सिंधु ने कभी सोचा भी नहीं होगा कि नवीन के बजाय उसकी शादी चंद्रप्पा से होगी।

रांची के दाहू गांव की जीतन देवी महिलाओं को सिखा रहीं बैंबू प्रोडक्ट्स बनाना, उत्पादन बढ़ाने के लिए झारखंड सरकार से की मशीनों की मांग

रांची के पास दाहू गांव में जीतन देवी बांस से कई आकर्षक वस्तुएं बनाती हैं। उन्होंने अन्य महिला कारीगरों को भी ये काम करने की प्रेरणा दी है। इस गांव में लोगों को रोजगार के नए अवसर देने में जीतन देवी का अहम योगदान है। फिलहाल वे झारखंड सरकार से नई मशीनों की मांग कर रही हैं ताकि वे ज्यादा से ज्यादा प्रोडक्ट्स बना सकें। जीतन के साथ लगभग 30 महिलाएं काम कर रही हैं। वे अन्य गांवों में जाकर भी महिलाओं को बांस से अलग-अलग चीजें बनाना सिखाती हैं।

जीतन देवी मानती हैं कि बांस से बने प्रोडक्ट ही उनकी परंपरा रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि महामारी के बीच भी हमारे उत्पादों को छठ पूजा और शादियों में बेचा गया। हम इन चीजों को बाजार में बेचने के लिए अपने प्रोडक्ट्स का स्टॉक बनाए रखते हैं।

जीतन देवी ने बताया कि लॉकडाउन में और उसके बाद भी बांस से बने प्रोडक्ट की मांग कम हो गई थी। ऐसे वक्त में उन्होंने अन्य महिलाओं के साथ मिलकर ये चीजें बनाई। उन्होंने राज्य आजीविका संवर्धन सोसायटी के तहत ट्रेनिंग भी ली है। जीतन देवी ने ओडिशा में रहते हुए सात साल तक बांस से प्रोडक्ट बनाने का काम सीखा। उन्हें इस ट्रेनिंग के दौरान रोज 10 रुपए मिलते थे। खुद सीखने के बाद अब वे अपने पति के साथ अलग-अलग जगह पर जाकर लोगों को बांस से प्रोडक्ट बनाने की ट्रेनिंग देती हैं।

पहले वे बांस से बने जिन प्रोडक्ट्स को 1500 से 2000 रुपए में बेचती थीं, वहीं मॉडर्न टच के साथ अब 10,000 से 12,000 रुपए में बिक रहे हैं। उन्हें विभिन्न एनजीओ से बल्क ऑर्डर भी मिलता है जिससे अच्छा-खासा मुनाफा होता है। इस काम को करते हुए उन्हें खूब सम्मान भी मिला है।

देश में पहली बार मालगाड़ी चलाने वाली पायलट से लेकर गार्ड तक सभी महिलाएं, महाराष्ट्र से गुजरात का सफर 6 घंटे में पूरा किया

भारतीय रेलवे के इतिहास में महिलाओं ने नया रिकाॅर्ड कायम किया। रेलवे में पहली बार मालगाड़ी काे चलाने वाली पायलट से लेकर गार्ड तक सभी महिलाएं थीं। यह मालगाड़ी मंगलवार काे महाराष्ट्र के पालघर जिले के वसई राेड़ स्टेशन से माल लेकर गुजरात के वडोदरा पहुंची। इसकी कमान महिलाओं के हाथों में थी। इसकी लोको पायलट कुमकुम एस डोंगरे ( उम्र 34 साल), सहायक लोको पायलट उदिता वर्मा (उम्र 28 साल) और गुड्स गार्ड आकांक्षा रे ( उम्र 29 साल) थीं। इस ट्रेन में पायलट से लेकर गाॅर्ड तक सभी महिलाएं थीं।

43 बंद वैगनों में 3,686 टन का माल लेकर यह मालगाड़ी मंगलवार सुबह 11:30 बजे वसई रोड़ से रवाना हुई और 6 घंटे के बाद वडोदरा पहुंची। महिला पायलटाें ने इसे करीब 60 किमी प्रति घंटे की औसत गति से चलाया। पश्चिम रेलवे के महाप्रबंधक आलोक कंसल ने बुधवार काे कहा, “पश्चिम रेलवे ने एक और परंपरा काे ताेड़ा है, जाे इतिहास में दर्ज हाे गया। महिलाओं ने एक शानदार उदाहरण पेश किया है कि काेई भी काम उनकी क्षमता से बाहर नहीं है।’ कुछ साल पहले पश्चिम रेलवे ने पहली माेटरवूमेन प्रीति कुमारी काे उपनगरीय ट्रेन चलाने की कमान साैंपी थी।

निकारागुआ में एक मां ने दुर्लभ श्वेत शावक को ठुकराया, चिड़ियाघर के कर्मचारी की पत्नी मरीना ने दिया मां जैसा प्यार

निकारागुआ के चिड़िया घर में एक बाघिन ने अपने नवजन्मे शावक को ठुकरा दिया। खास बात ये है कि ये शावक दुर्लभ सफेद बाघ है। ठुकराए जाने के बाद उसे चिड़ियाघर के कर्मचारी की पत्नी पाल रही है। इसका नाम मरीना आरग्यूएलो है। बीते हफ्ते जन्में इन शावक का वजन करीब 1 किलो है। इसका नाम नीव है। ये निकारागुआ का पहला सफेद शावक है जो बंगाल टाइगर की संतान है। इसके माता-पिता पीले और काले रंग की धारियों वाले बंगाल टाइगर हैं।

मरीना नीव को बोतल से दूध पिला रही हैं। वे चिड़िया घर में रहने वाले 700 जानवरों और एक बचाव केंद्र का प्रबंधन करने में मदद करती हैं। मरीना एक मां की तरह इस शावक की देखभाल करती हैं। जब वह दूध पी रहा होता है तो मरीना धीरे से उसके कान में कुछ कहती हैं और उसे पीछे से हल्के हाथों से थपथपाती हैं।

मरीना के अनुसार, नीव की भूख कम नहीं हुई है। हर तीन घंटे में उसे बोतल से दूध पिलाया जाता है। अगर उसे दूध नहीं मिलता है तो वह चिल्लाती है। अगर उसकी बोतल का दूध ठंडा हो तो वह और जोर से चिल्लाती है।

जिम्बाब्वे में गरीबी की वजह से अधिकांश लड़कियों की महज 10 साल की उम्र में ही शादी हो जाती है। इन लड़कियों को बाल विवाह से मुक्त कराने का प्रयास एक ताइक्वांडो खिलाड़ी कर रही हैं। वे स्पोर्ट्स के जरिये ऐसे ही लड़कियों को जीने की नई दिशा दे रही हैं। 17 साल की नटसिरैश मरीसा 5 साल की उम्र से मार्शल आर्ट सीख रही हैं। वे न सिर्फ लड़कियों बल्कि उनकी मां को भी ताइक्वांडो सिखाती हैं। साथ ही बाल विवाह के खिलाफ आवाज उठाने के प्रति जागरूक भी करती हैं।

मरिसा ने बताया -''जिम्बाब्वे में ताइक्वांडो सीखने वाली लड़कियों और महिलाओं की कमी है। मैं इन सभी को मार्शल आर्ट सिखाना चाहती हूं''। मरीसा अपनी क्लास में आने वाले सभी लोगों को पहले स्ट्रेचिंग, किकिंग और पंचिंग सिखाती हैं। क्लास खत्म होने के बाद वे बाल विवाह से होने वाले नुकसान के प्रति भी उन्हें आगाह करती हैं। जिन लड़कियों की शादी हो चुकी है, वे अपने बच्चों के साथ भी यहां ताइक्वांडो सीखने आती हैं।

शादी के बाद अपने साथ होने वाले शोषण की घटनाएं ये लड़कियां खुद यहां आकर बताती हैं। इन लड़कियों को शारीरिक और मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित किया जाता है। कई बार वे बलात्कार का शिकार होती हैं तो कहीं गर्भावस्था के दौरान उन्हें स्वास्थ्य संबंधी कई समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ता है।

इनमें से कई ऐसी लड़कियां भी हैं जो शादी के बाद गरीबी के चलते भुखमरी का सामना करती हैं। मरीसा के इन प्रयासों की वजह से एक युवा लड़की शादी के बाद पति का विरोध सहते हुए भी एक बार फिर अपनी पढ़ाई पूरी कर रही है। मरीसा अपनी एक क्लास में 15 स्टूडेंट को ताइक्वांडो सिखाती हैं। उनके पेरेंट्स को अपनी बेटी के इस काम पर गर्व है।

तीन हेयर सैलून के मालिक सलमान ने बेटी के पैदा होने पर एक दिन फ्री हेयर कट किया, वे चाहते हैं लोग बेटी का जन्म होने पर भी खुशियां मनाएं

ग्वालियर में एक हेयर सैलून के मालिक ने अपने घर बेटी के जन्म की खुशी में एक दिन के लिए फ्री हेयर कट किया। इस सैलून को दो भाई मिलकर चलाते हैं जिनके नाम सलमान और अरबाज खान हैं। वे अपने इस प्रयास से लोगों को यह संदेश देना चाहते हैं कि सिर्फ बेटा ही नहीं बेटी का जन्म होने पर भी घर-परिवार में बहुत खुशियां आती हैं।

4 जनवरी को उन्होंने अपने सैलून में फ्री हेयर कट किया। इन दोनों भाईयों ने अपनी दुकान के बाहर एक पोस्टर भी लगाया। इस पर लिखा हुआ था- ''घर में बेटी आने की खुशी में 4 जनवरी 2021 को हमारे सारे सैलून फ्री रहेंगे''। इनके तीन सैलून हैं जो ग्वालियर के कुम्हरपुरा, शिवाजी नगर और नदीपार टाल में हैं। लोगों को जैसे ही इनके सैलून पर फ्री सर्विस के बारे में पता चला तो सुबह से ही कटिंग और शेविंग कराने वालों की लाइन लग गई।

सलमान ने बताया - ''आज भी ऐसे कई घर हैं जहां बेटी के जन्म लेने पर लोग दुखी हो जाते हैं। वे लोगों की इस सोच को बदलना चाहते हैं''। सलमान के घर 26 दिसंबर को बेटी का जन्म हुआ था। वे उसी दिन से बेटी के जन्म की खुशी जाहिर करने के लिए कोई अनोखा काम करना चाह रहे थे। फिर उन्होंने एक दिन के लिए फ्री में हेयर कट करने का फैसला लिया। लोगों ने उनके इस काम की खूब तारीफ की।
