The Indian stock market continues to be upbeat about the country's growth prospects, despite deceleration in GDP growth for the sixth consecutive quarter, the Economic Survey 2019-2020 said, adding that the BSE Sensex has increased 7 per cent till December 2019 over March. "This may also reflect the growing perception of India becoming an attractive destination for investment in the backdrop of a decline in the growth of major economies of the world and continued easing of monetary policy by the US Fed," it said on Friday. "Despite the deceleration in GDP growth for the sixth consecutive quarter, the stock market continues to be upbeat about the country's growth prospects," the Survey said. The net FDI and net Foreign Portfolio Investment (FPI) in first eight months of 2019-20 stood at USD 24.4 billion and USD 12.6 billion respectively, more than the inflows received in the corresponding period of 2018-19, it added. रूखी त्वचा का करें ‘पैकअप’, बदलते मौसम के मुताबिक रखें स्किन का ख्याल, घर पर तैयार करें फेस पैक

लाइफस्टाइल डेस्क. खूबसूरत त्वचा की चाह सभी को होती है। फिलहाल मौसम सर्द है और अब बदलेगा, तो भी त्वचा को इसका नुक़सान झेलना पड़ेगा। इस समस्या को देखते हुए कुछ ऐसे घरेलू फेस पैक्स यहां दिए जा रहे हैं, जिन्हें चंद मिनटों में तैयार किया जा सकता है। ये हर तरह की त्वचा के लिए कारगर हैं। पुष्पलता श्रीवास्तव बता रही हैं इसे कैसे तैयार करें...

बादाम पैक : चार बादाम का पेस्ट, एक चम्मच गाजर का रस या टमाटर का रस, एक चम्मच शहद, एक छोटा चम्मच मलाई। इन सबको अच्छी तरह से मिलाएं। फिर इस पैक को चेहरे पर लगाएं। बीस मिनट बाद चेहरा धो लें। अच्छे परिणाम के लिए यह फेस पैक रोज़ लगाएं। कुछ ही समय में काली झाइयां दूर हो जाएंगी।
गेंदा फेस पैक : चार-पांच गेंदे के फूलों को लेकर अच्छी तरह से मसल लें। इनमें एक छोटा चम्मच शहद और दो चम्मच दूध मिलाएं। पेस्ट बन जाने पर चेहरे पर लगाएं। लगभग बीस मिनट के बाद हल्के गर्म पानी से धो लें। त्वचा निखर उठेगी।
शक्कर मिल्क पाउडर पैक : तीन बड़े चम्मच शक्कर, एक बड़ा चम्मच मिल्क पाउडर, एक बड़ा चम्मच शहद को अच्छी तरह से मिला लें। अब इस मिश्रण को चेहरे और गर्दन पर लगाएं और 15 मिनट बाद ठंडे पानी से धो लें।
तुलसी-पुदीना पैक : तुलसी और पुदीने की पांच-पांच पत्तियां लेकर मसल लें। तैयार पेस्ट को रातभर के लिए मुंहासों पर लगाकर छोड़ दें। सुबह उठकर ठंडे पानी से धो लें। यह पैक मुहांसों और सूजन दोनों को ख़त्म करता है।
अंगूर फेसपैक : एक बड़ा चम्मच अंगूर का रस लें। इसमें एक बड़ा चम्मच नींबू का रस, एक चम्मच गेंहू का आटा, आधा चम्मच गुलाब जल मिलाएं। तैयार पेस्ट को रुई की सहायता से चेहरे पर ऊपर की दिशा में स्ट्रोक देते हुए लगाएं। कुछ देर बाद ठंडे पानी से चेहरा धो लें।

मायके में कभी बहू बनकर भी रहें, परिवार वालों से फरमाइशें नहीं उन्हें अपनेपन का अहसास दिलाएं

लाइनें पढ़कर मन में सवालों की झड़ी लग गई। ऐसा क्यूं लिखना पड़ा कि बेटियों को आदर से आमंत्रित करें? ऐसी क्या परिस्थितियां आ गईं कि घर की बेटियों को उनके ही मायके में बुलाना पड़ रहा है? इस ओर विचार करने पर कुछ ख़ास और ध्यान देने योग्य बातें सामने आईं, जिन पर विचार करना ज़रूरी है।

सुविधा की मांग

कुछ महिलाएं अपने बच्चों की कोचिंग या गर्मियों में लगने वाली समर क्लासेस के कारण नहीं जा पातीं और दूसरा कि आजकल के बच्चे बहुत ही सुविधाभोगी हो गए हैं। हर जगह उन्हें घर जैसा ही माहौल (पंखा, कूलर, एसी, वीडियो गेम, मोबाइल) चाहिए। फ़रमाइश करते ही फास्ट फूड या मनपसंद की चीजेंचाहिए। और अगर फ़रमाइश पूरी न हो, तो ये घर वापसी की ज़िद पकड़ लेते हैं। ऐसे में घरवाले भी परेशान होने लगते हैं।

साझा करना भूल गए हैं

एकल या छोटा परिवार होने की वजह से साझा करने की प्रवृत्ति नहीं होती। इस कारण परेशानी होती है। इसके साथ ही आजकल के बच्चे सबके साथ सामंजस्य बिठा पाने में असमर्थ होते हैं। उन्हें प्राइवेसी, स्पेस चाहिए होता है। मांएं भी इसमें उनका साथ देती हैं। उन्हें लगता है कि मायके में उन्हें अलग कमरा दिया जाए, जिसमें वे बच्चों के साथ ठहर सकें। इस कारण मायके वाले भी उनके इस तरह के व्यवहार से परेशान हो जाते हैं।

फ़रमाइशों की झड़ी

ये बात थोड़ी अटपटी लगेगी परंतु सच्चाई है। पता नहीं ससुराल की आदर्श बहुएं मायके जाकर नकचढ़ी बेटियां क्यों बन जाती हैं। जिस घर में (ससुराल) जीवनभर रहना है वहां के लिए, वहां के लोगों के लिए परायापन महसूस करती हैं या करवा देती हैं। जो बहू ससुराल में ख़ुशी से काम करती है वही बहू मायके जाकर कोई भी काम नहीं करना चाहती। दिनभर आराम करने के साथ ही बैठे-बैठे फ़रमाइशें करना उन्हें उनका हक़ लगता है। ये बड़ी विडंबना है।

महत्व का विचार

मायके में अगर भाभी या उस घर की बहू है तो उसका महत्व बेटी के आते ही कम हो जाता है। ननद के आते ही भाभी के ऊपर काम का बोझ भी बढ़ जाता है। हम किसी परिवार की बहू हैं तो क्या मायके जाकर थोड़ा-सा बहू जैसा बनकर नहीं रह सकते।

ख़र्चों का बोझ

अब वो समय नहीं रह गया कि छुटि्टयां होते ही मायके जाया जाए। ऐसा वातावरण हम ख़ुद ही तैयार करते हैं। हमारी आराम की आदत, अनाप-शनाप फ़रमाइशें, मायके का बजट बिगाड़ देती हैं। अपनी भाभी से हम पूरी अपेक्षा रखते हैं परंतु अपनी ननद की वही सारी बातें हमें अच्छी नहीं लगतीं। दोनों पहलुओं पर ग़ौर करने से पता चलता है कि हम सामने वाले को तो बदलना चाहते हैं लेकिन ख़ुद नहीं बदलना चाहते। बहुत-सी महिलाएं छोटी-छोटी बातों पर मुंह फुला लेती हैं, नाराज़ हो जाती हैं फिर मान-मनुहार, माहौल को सामान्य करने में ही समय बीत जाता है।

जो देंगे वही पाएंगे

मायके जाकर घरवालों को एहसास दिलाएं कि आप हमेशा से उस घर का हिस्सा थीं, हैं और हमेशा रहेंगी। आपका वहां जाना बोझ न होकर उनको आनंद प्रदान करे।
सभी माता-पिता अपने बच्चों की इच्छाएं पूरी करते हैं। आप जिद करके उनके ऊपर दवाब डालकर अपनी बात न मनवाएं।
मायके जाकर वहां बोझ बनने की बजाए आपका कर्तव्य है कि वहां माहौल को हल्का, शांत और सौहार्दपूर्ण बनाएं।
मायके में ही अपनी भाभी को कुछ उनकी भी पसंद का बनाकर खिलाएं।
बच्चों को पहले ही समझाइश देकर ले जाएं, ताकि परिवार के बाकी सदस्य उनके कारण परेशान न हों।
माता-पिता को मान-सम्मान और भाई-भाभी को प्यार दें। याद रखें आप दूसरों को जो देंगे, वही आपको वापस मिलेगा। चाहे व्यवहार हो या मान-सम्मान।
मायके ज़रूर जाएं परंतु समझदारी के साथ। कोई भी ऐसी स्थिति न लाएं कि आपके अपने मायके में ही बुलाने पर जाना पड़े।

लाइफस्टाइल डेस्क.7 साल की उम्र से मैला ढोना पड़ा। 10 साल की उम्र में शादी हो गई। ससुराल में यही काम करना पड़ा। काम से लौटने के बाद खाना खाने की इच्छा नहीं होती थी। मंदिर में घुसने की इजाजत नहीं थी। लोग अछूत मानते थे। यह कहानी है53साल की दलित महिला ऊषा चौमार की। लेकिन आज तस्वीर बदल चुकी है। सुलभ इंटरनेशनल के एनजीओ नई दिशा ने उन्हें इस जिंदगी से आजादी दिलाई। राजस्थान के अलवर की ऊषा आज ऐसी सैकड़ों महिलाओं की आवाज हैं।

आज वह स्वच्छता के लिए संघर्ष और मैला ढोने के खिलाफ आवाज उठाने वाली संस्था की अध्यक्ष हैं। उषा ने सुलभ इंटरनेशनल के सहयोग से राजस्थान में स्वच्छता की अलख जगाई। इसके लिए उन्हें देश के प्रतिष्ठित सम्मान पद्मश्री से सम्मानित करने की घोषणा की गई है।उनके पति मजदूरी करते हैं। तीन बच्चे हैं - दो बेटे और एक बेटी। बेटी ग्रेजुएशन कर रही है और एक बेटा पिता के साथ ही मजदूरी करता है।

अछूत मान लोगों ने किया अलग
ऊषा ने कई सालों तकमैला उठाने कीकुप्रथा के साथ अपना जीवन गुजारा। कुप्रथा ने ना सिर्फ उन्हें एक अछूत की जिंदगी काटने पर मजबूर कर दिया, बल्कि उनकी पूरी जिंदगी पर बुरा प्रभाव भी डाला। अपने इस काम को लेकर उन्हें इतना बुरा महसूस होता था कि कई बार वह काम से लौटने के बाद खाना तक नहीं खा पाती थी।

लोग उन्हें छूते नहीं थे, ना ही दुकान से सामान खरीदने देते थे। मंदिर और घरों तक में घुसने की इजाजात नहीं थी।उषा कहती है कि इंसान के मैले को हर सुबह उठाकर फेंकने केकाम को कौन करना चाहेगा, वो भी खुद अपने हाथों से। ये सिर्फ काम नहीं हमारी जिंदगी बन गया था। लोग हमें भी कचरे की तरह समझने लगे थे।"

एनजीओ नई दिशा से मिली जीने की दिशा
ऊषा की ही तरह कई लोग ऐसे ही अपना पूरा जीवन इसी तरह बिता देते है। लेकिन वह उन लोगों में से नहीं थीं, वो एक मौके की तलाश में थी, जो उन्हें सुलभ इंटरनेशनल के एनजीओ नई दिशा ने दिया। इस संस्था ने उन्हें एक सम्मानपूर्ण जिंदगी जीने का अवसर दिया, जिसके बाद उषा ने कभी पीछे मुड़ कर नहीं देखा। संस्था से जुड़ने के बाद उन्होंने सिलाई, मेंहदी तैयार करने जैसे काम सीखे।अब उषा ना केवल एक प्रभावशाली वक्ता बन गईं, बल्कि उन्होंने मैला ढोने जैसी कुप्रथा के खिलाफ अपनी आवाज भी उठाई। दुनिया भर में घूम-घूमकर महिलाओं को प्रेरित भी किया। आज वह सुलभ इंटरनेशनल संस्था की अध्यक्ष भी हैं।

समाज से कुप्रथा खत्म करने की है इच्छा
ऊषा के मुताबिक, वह अमेरिका, साउथ अफ्रीका और देशों मेंजा चुकी है। यहां उन्होंने अंग्रेजी सीखी और आज वो बिना किसी डर के कई लोगों के सामने बोल सकती है। वह चाहती हैं कि इस कुप्रथा को समाज से खत्म करने के लिए उनसे जो बन सकेगा वो करेंगी। आज इस मुकाम पर पहुंचने के बाद उषा इसका श्रेय सुलभ इंटरनेशनल के संस्थापक डॉ.बिंदेश्वर पाठक को देती हैं।

एक महिला जो कभी खुद के अधिकार के लिए खड़े नहीं हो पाती थी,आज वोदेश के सैकड़ों मैला ढोने वाले लोगों की आवाज बन गई है। एक कमजोर और अछूत महिला सेआत्मविश्वासी और सम्मानजनक जीवन जी रहीं उषा महिला सशक्तिकरण का एक उदाहरण बन के उभरी हैं। उनकी इच्छा है इस कुप्रथा को समाज से जड़ से उखाड़ फेंकने की। यह आसान काम तो नहीं, इसे करने के लिए काफी समय की जरूरत है।

लाइफस्टाइल डेस्क. राही बाई के उपलब्धियों के सफर की कहानी 20 साल पहले शुरु हुई थी। जब उनका पोता जहरीली सब्जी खाने के बाद बीमार पड़ा था। उस पल राही बाई ने जैविक खेती की शुरुआत करने का मन बनाया। बात सिर्फ खेती तक ही सीमित नहीं रही बीजों का ऐसा बैंक तैयार किया जो किसानों के लिए बेहद मुफीद साबित हुआ। 56 साल ही राही बाई सोम पोपरे आज पारिवारिक ज्ञान और प्राचीन परंपराओं की तकनीकों के साथ जैविक खेती को एक नया आयाम दे रही हैं।

सीड मदर के नाम से हैं फेमस
राही बाई कभी स्कूल नहीं गईं लेकिन खेती के क्षेत्र में इनके ज्ञान का लोहा वैज्ञानिक भी मानते हैं। इन्हें सीड मदर के नाम से जाना जाता है। राही बाई ने अपनी मेहनत से बीजों का बैंक तैयार किया है। यहां के बीज कम सिंचाई में भी किसानों को अच्छी फसल देते हैं। राही महाराष्ट्र के अहमद नगर के छोटे सो गांव की रहने वाली हैं। जो एक आदिवासी परिवार से ताल्लुक रखती हैं। बीजों को सहेजने का काम पुस्तैनी था और राही ने उसे आगे बढ़ाया और इतिहास रच दिया।

महाराष्ट्र और गुजरात में बीजों की मांग
वह कहती हैं, 12 साल की उम्र में शादी हुई। कभी स्कूल नहीं जा पाई लेकिन खेती के विज्ञान ने मुझे हमेशा आकर्षित किया। 20 साल पहले मैंने बीजों को इकट्ठा करना शुरु किया था। इन्हें सहेजा और बेटे को हायब्रिड की जगह इन्हीं बीजों से खेती की सलाह दी। सफर शुरु हुआ, धीरे-धीरे महिलाएं इसमें जुड़ती गईं। बीजों का बैंक बनने पर पड़ोस के गांव ने सम्मानित किया। आज परंपरागत बीजों की मांग महाराष्ट्र और गुजरात में अधिक है। मैं और दूसरी महिलाएं मिलकर परंपरागत तौर पर मिट्टी की मदद से बीजों को सहेजने का काम कर रही हैं।

3500 किसानों संग मिलकर कर रहीं खेती
राहीबाई ने 50 एकड़ से भी ज्यादा भूमि को संरक्षित किया है जिसमें 17 से अधिक फसले उगाई जा रही हैं। वह 3500 किसानों के साथ मिलकर काम भी कर रही हैं और उन्हें तकनीक से फसलों की पैदावार बढ़ाने के गुर भी सिखा रही हैं। इसके लिए राष्ट्रपति के हाथों इन्हें नारी शक्ति सम्मान भी मिल चुका है और बीबीसी भी 100 शक्तिशाली महिलाओं में शामिल कर चुका है।

परंपरागत बीजों को फर्टिलाइजर या पेस्टिसाइट की जरूरत नहीं
राही कहती हैं कि जहरीले खानपान के कारण हम लोग आसानी से बीमारियों का शिकार हो रहे हैं। हम अपनी जरूरत के मुताबिक, फसले उगा सकते हैं। इसलिए जो मेरे पास आता है उसे मैं परंपरागत खेती के गुर सिखाती हूं। लोग कहते हैं परंपरागत बीज से फसल की अधिक उपज नहीं ली जा सकती लेकिन मैं कहती हूं यह कम से कम जहरीली फसल की अधिक पैदावार से बेहतर है। हमारे बीजों को किसी तरह के कोई फर्टिलाइजर या पेस्टिसाइट की जरूरत नहीं है।

जंगल की एन्सायक्लोपीडिया कही जाती हैं 1 लाख से अधिक पौधे लगाने वाली 72 साल की तुलसी गौड़ा

लाइफस्टाइल डेस्क. 74 साल की तुलसी गौड़ा के लिए पेड़-पौधे बच्चे की तरह हैं। छोटी झाड़ियों वाले पौधे से लेकर लंबे पेड़ों को कब कैसी देखभाल की जरूरत है वह इसे अच्छी तरह से समझती हैं। इसीलिए इन्हें जंगल की एन्सायक्लोपीडिया भी कहा जाता है। वह कभी स्कूल नहीं गईं लेकिन कई राज्यों के युवा इनसे यही कला समझने के लिए मिलते हैं। पेड़ और हर्ब्स की प्रजातियों के बारे में उनकी जानकारी विशेषज्ञों से भी ज्यादा है। 1 लाख से अधिक पौधे लगा चुकी हैं। उम्र के इस पड़ाव पर हरियाली बढ़ाने और पर्यावरण सहेजने का उनका अभियान जारी है। भारत सरकार ने पर्यावरणविद् तुलसी गौड़ा की इसी उपलब्धि के लिए हाल ही में पद्मश्री से नवाजा है।

पौधों की नॉलेज ने अफसरों को चौंकाया
तुलसी कर्नाटक के होनाली गांव में रहती हैं। उन्होंने बेहद कम उम्र में पौधरोपण की शुरुआत ऐसे पेड़ों से की जो अधिक लंबे थे और हरियाली फैलाने के लिए जाने जाते थे। धीरे-धीरे उन्होंने कटहल, अंजीर और दूसरे बड़े पेड़ों लगाकर जंगलों में पौधरोपण शुरु किया। फॉरेस्ट डिपार्टमेंट के अधिकारी उनके इस काम से आश्चर्यचकित हुए क्योंकि उनके लगाए पौधों में अलग-अलग किस्म के पौधे थे जो हरे-भरे थे। उनका लगाया एक भी पौधा सूखा नहीं। छोटे पौधों के बारे में उनकी नॉलेज ने अफसरों को सोच में डाल किया।

रिटायरमेंट के बाद भी अभियान जारी
बेशक तुलसी कभी स्कूल नहीं गईं लेकिन कम उम्र में ही छोटे-छोटे पौधों के बारे में उनके ज्ञान ने अफसरों को सोच में डाल किया। पर्यावरण से यही लगाव के कारण फॉरेस्ट डिपार्टमेंट में नौकरी मिली। नौकरी अस्थायी थी। लगातार पौधों की देखभाल और लगन के कारण फॉरेस्ट डिपार्टमेंट ने स्थायी नौकरी का ऑफर दिया। लगातार 14 सालों तक नौकरी की। गरीबी में पली-बढ़ी तुलसी ने रिटायरमेंट के बाद भी पौधों को बचाने का अभियान जारी रखा। अब वह पेंशन से गुजर बसर कर रही हैं।

सादगी से जीवन जीने वाली पर्यावरण मित्र
तुलसी आज भी बेहद सादगी के साथ रहती हैं। चूल्हे पर ही खाना पकाती हैं। पिछले 60 सालों में लगाए छोटे-बड़े पौधों की देखरेख में ही उनका दिन बीत रहा है। पर्यावरण को सहेजने के लिए उन्हें इंदिरा प्रियदर्शिनी वृक्ष मित्र अवॉर्ड, राज्योत्सव अवॉर्ड, कविता मेमोरियल समेत कई अवॉर्ड से नवाजा जा चुका है।

नई पीढ़ी इनसे ले रही सीख
पूरो राज्य से लोग तुलसी के पास पेड़ों की जानकारी और इस लगाव को समझने के लिए आते हैं। वह नई पीढ़ी को इसे समझाती हैं और पर्यावरण को सहेजन की कला को साझा करती हैं। तुलसी दुनियाभर में पर्यावरण को हो रहे नुकसान पर नाराजगी भी जाहिर करती हैं। वह कहती हैं पेड़ों की कटाई आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए ठीक नहीं है। वह कहती हैं पर्यावरण को बचाने के लिए बबूल जैसे पेड़ भी लगाए जाने चाहिए जो आर्थिक तौर पर फायदा भी पहुंचाते हैं और कुदरत की खूबसूरती में भी इजाफा करते हैं।
