कोरोना काल के चलते आए दिन शादी में तरह-तरह का बदलाव नजर आ रहा है। कोई शादी के लंबे रस्मों-रिवाज को एक ही दिन में पूरा करा है तो कहीं वीडियो कॉल के जरिये मेहमानों से दूल्हा-दुल्हन आशीर्वाद लेते नजर आ रहे हैं। इसी बीच तमिल के एक कपल की शादी का खास तरीका सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो रहा है।

तमिल के कपल ने अपनी शादी में मेहमानों के लिए न सिर्फ वेबकास्ट का आयोजन किया बल्कि मेहमानों के घर फूड डिलिवरी का अरैंजमेंट भी किया। हाल ही में एक ट्विटर यूजर ने इस शादी का इनविटेशन कार्ड सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट किया। उन्होंने शादी के मेन्यू के डिटेल्स भी साथ में भेजे। शादी में आमंत्रित मेहमानों के घर चार रंग-बिरंगी और खूबसूरत बास्केट भेजी गई।

सोशल मीडिया पर यह पोस्ट वायरल हो रही है। यूजर्स कोरोना काल में शादी के इस आइडिया से बहुत इम्प्रेस हुए। एक यूजर ने कहा - 'ये बहुत अच्छा आइडिया है'। किसी ने लिखा 'अगर शादी-ब्याह के दौरान खाने की बर्बादी रोकना है तो इस आइडिया को कोरोना काल के बाद भी अपनाना चाहिए'। कपल ने डिलिवर किए फूड के साथ ये भी बताया कि इस खाने के साथ में पैक किए गए केले के पत्ते पर किस जगह कौन सी चीज रखना चाहिए। एक यूजर ने कहा कि इस बारे में उसे पहले नहीं पता था।

महिलाओं के लिए बने भारत के पहले फायनेंशियल प्लानिंग प्लेटफॉर्म एलएक्सएमई के सर्वे 2020 के अनुसार, 66 % सिंगल वुमन का कहना है कि वे अपने फायनेंशियल डिसिजन खुद नहीं लेती। 28% महिलाए वित्त संबंधी फैसले लेने के लिए अपने पिता पर निर्भर हैं। वहीं, 5% ने माना उनके फैसले मां की मर्जी से लिए जाते हैं।

ये सर्वे 25 से 54 साल की 1,250 महिलाओं पर किया गया। इस सर्वे में मुंबई, बेंगलूरु, दिल्ली, पुणे, जयपुर, कोलकाता, इंदौर और हैदराबाद को शामिल किया गया। यहां उन महिलाओं से बात की गई जो सिंगल हैं या विवाह के बाद अपने बच्चों के साथ रहती हैं। शादी के बाद सिंगल रहने वाली 69% महिलाएं पति से अलग रहने के बाद अपने आर्थिक फैसलों के लिए पिता पर निर्भर रहती हैं। उनकी ये निर्भरता उस वक्त बढ़ जाती है जब इन महिलाओं के साथ उनके बच्चे भी रहते हैं।

एलएक्सएमई के अनुसार, 91% वे महिलाएं भी हैं जो मनी मैटर के बारे में अपने बच्चों को सिखाती हैं और 86% ने माना कि वे अपने बच्चों को गुड मनी हैबिट्स देना पसंद करती हैं। लगभग हर 10 में से 9 महिला ने अपने बच्चों को पिगी बैंक दिए ताकि वे पैसों की बचत कर सकें और बचत का महत्व जानें।

केरल की डॉ. के एस त्रिसा ने 12 पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट और डिप्लोमा सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स किए, भारत में इतने पीजी कोर्स करने वाली पहली महिला बनीं

पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट और डिप्लोमा कोर्स करके भी आप किस तरह वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड बना सकते हैं, ये बात डॉ. के एस त्रिसा की पढ़ाई के प्रति लगन देखकर पता चलती है। यूनिवर्सल रिकॉर्ड फोरम ने त्रिसा को 12 पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट और डिप्लोमा सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स एक साथ करने वाली भारत की पहली महिला घोषित किया है। उन्हें ये पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट सर्टिफिकेट अलग-अलग यूनिवर्सिटी से विभिन्न विषयों में पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट कोर्स करने के लिए मिले।

उन्होंने इन कोर्सेस के लिए इंग्लिश लिटरेचर, संस्कृत लिटरेचर, संगीत के तीनों रूपों, भरतनाट्यम, योगा, सोशियोलॉजी और पब्लिक एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन जैसे विषय चुनें। वे पिछले तीन दशकों से कालिकट गर्ल्स हायर सेकंडरी स्कूल में टीचर रहीं। उसके बाद बाबूराज मेमोरियल म्युजिकल एकेडमी में प्रिंसिपल के पद पर नियुक्त हुईं।

उन्होंने अब तक एक नॉवेल और एक कविता पर आधारित किताब भी लिखी है। फिलहाल वे अपने दूसरे नॉवेल को लिखने में व्यस्त हैं। त्रिसा के म्युजिक और डांस पर आधारित पेपर भी पब्लिश हुए हैं। उन्होंने केरल की कलामंडलम डीम्ड यूनिवर्सिटी से म्यूजिक में डॉक्टरेट की उपाधि प्राप्त की है। उनके तीन बच्चे हैं। वे अपने पति रिटायर्ड सेंट्रल एक्साइज कमिश्नर पी सी कारिया के साथ रहती हैं।

क्वारेंटान के दौरान महिलाओं ने अपनी ब्यूटी के साथ खूब एक्सपेरिमेंट किए। लॉकडाउन में आउट आफ कंट्रोल हुए बालों को सही शेप दिया। शुगर वियर हेयर द्वारा किए गए सर्वे के अनुसार, सही तरीके से किए गए हेयर ट्रांसफाॅर्मेशन ने महिलाओं के एक जैसे ब्यूटी और कलर रूटीन को बदला है।

अमेरिका की हर 10 में से 3 महिला ने हेयर सप्लीमेंट का इस्तेमाल किया तो 35% महिलाओं ने हेयर मास्क अप्लाय किए। इनमें से आधी महिलाओं ने डीप कंडीशनिंग ट्रीटमेंट भी कराया। न्यूयॉर्क सिटी के डर्मेटोलॉजिस्ट डॉ. हेडले किंग ने बताया - ''क्वारेंटाइन में रहते हुए महिलाएं हीट, केमिकल और अन्य प्रोडक्ट से दूर रहीं। इससे उनकी हेयर प्रॉब्लम कम हुई हैं। उनके पास अपने बालों को कंडिशनिंग और मॉइश्चुराइजिंग करने का पर्याप्त समय था। इससे बालों का रूखापन दूर हुआ। क्वारेंटाइन से पहले हीट और केमिकल का ज्यादा इस्तेमाल करने की वजह से भी बालों से संबंधित समस्याएं ज्यादा थीं''।

2000 अमेरिकन महिलाओं पर की गई स्टडी के अनुसार, क्वारेंटाइन में महिलाओं द्वारा किए जाने वाले टॉप ट्रांसफॉर्मेशंस की वजह से उनके बाल पहले से ज्यादा घने और लंबे हुए। 54% महिलाओं ने माना कि वे बालों की लंबाई बढ़ाने के लिए अपने फेवरेट हेयर स्टाइल के साथ समझौता नहीं कर सकतीं। वे अपने हेयर स्टाइल को जल्दी-जल्दी बदलना पसंद करती हैं। डॉ. हेडले किंग बालों की ग्रोथ के लिए पर्याप्त पोषण को सबसे जरूरी मानते हैं।

डॉ. किंग के अनुसार] बालों में नमी बनाए रखने के लिए विटामिन ए जरूरी है। विटामिन सी कोलेजन का डेवलपमेंट बढ़ाता है, तो बायोटिन बालों को मजबूती प्रदान करता है। अगर आपके बाल झड़ रहे हैं तो बॉडी में बायोटिन की कमी है।

जब से किसान आंदोलन शुरू हुआ है, तब से पंजाब के किसानों ने शादी-ब्याह जैसे अवसर पर भी कहीं जय जवान-जय किसान के नारे लगाकर तो कहीं शादी में जमा राशि को किसानों का सहयोग देने के लिए दान किया है। हाल ही में पंजाब के श्री मुख्तार साहिब में रहने वाले एक परिवार ने किसान आंदोलन का समर्थन करते हुए शादी में मेहमानों से गिफ्ट न लाने का आग्रह किया। इसके बजाय उन्होंने लिफाफे के लिए एक कलेक्शन बॉक्स रखा।

वे इस शादी में जमा राशि का उपयोग किसानों की मदद के लिए करना चाहते हैं। जिस लड़के की यहां शादी हो रही है उसका नाम अभिजीत सिंह है। अभिजीत ने बताया किसानों का संघर्ष हम सबका संघर्ष है। हम सबको उनकी मदद करना चाहिए।

खासतौर से युवाओं को किसानों का साथ देना चाहिए। सिर्फ अभिजीत ही नहीं बल्कि उनका पूरा परिवार किसानों का समर्थन कर रहा है। इसी तरह मुक्तसर जिले के मलोट कस्बे के पास एक गांव में परिवार ने कृषि कानूनों के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन के मद्देनजर फंड इकट्‌ठा करने का फैसला किया है।

ब्रिटेन में एक कपल फ्रांसिस कोनोली ने लॉटरी में करीब 1130 करोड़ रुपए जीते। हैरानी की बात यह है कि इसमें से 600 करोड़ रुपए उन्होंने दोस्तों और रिश्तेदारों में बांटकर उनकी दयनीय स्थिति सुधार दी। इससे भी अच्छी बात यह है कि जिन्हें रुपए बांटे, उन लोगों ने भी अपनी हैसियत से अन्य लोगों की मदद की।

इस कपल ने पहले तय किया था कि वे अपनी पहचान वाले 50 लोगों की मदद करेंगे, बाद में 175 परिवारों में लॉटरी के पैसे बांट दिए ताकि वे नए घर खरीद सकें और कर्ज चुका सकें। उन्होंने जिन लोगों की मदद की, उनके इंश्योरेंस भी करवाए। इसके अलावा उन्होंने 1000 लोगों के लिए गिफ्ट भी खरीदे जो क्रिसमस के दौरान अस्पतालों को भेज जाएंगे। साथ ही उन लोगों को गिफ्ट भेजे जो घर से दूर हैं।

उन्हें 30 कंप्यूटर और 20 लैपटॉप खरीद कर दिए ताकि वे अपने परिवार और दोस्तों के संपर्क में रह सकें। ब्रिटेन के द नेशनल लॉटरी के यूरो मिलियन प्रोग्राम के तहत फ्रांसिस और उनके पति पैट्रिक ने यह राशि जीती थी। 54 साल की फ्रांसिस कहती हैं कि उन्हें गहने खरीदने से अधिक खुशी दूसरों के चेहरों पर खुशी देखकर हुई। इतने पैसे मिलने के बाद भी उन्होंने अपने लिए सेकंड हैंड कार खरीदी।

आमतौर पर शादी के बाद लोग हनीमून पर जाना पसंद करते हैं। जो नहीं जा पाते वे एक दूसरे के साथ रहकर एंजॉय करते हैं। लेकिन कर्नाटक के एक कपल ने जो काम किया, वो वाकई तारीफ के काबिल है। अनुदीप हेगड़े और मिनुषा कांचा की हाल ही में शादी हुई है। शादी के बाद वे कुछ दिनों के लिए अपने होमटाउन बैंदूर में रहे। उन्हीं दिनों वे अपने हनीमून की प्लानिंग कर रहे थे। एक दिन वे घर से तीन किमी दूर समुद्र किनारे घूमने गए। इस समुद्र को लोग सोमेश्वर के नाम से जानते हैं।

इस कपल को यह समझ नहीं आ रहा था कि हनीमून के लिए वे लक्षद्वीप या हिमाचल प्रदेश में से कहां जाएं। समुद्र को देखने के बाद उन्हें ये अहसास हुआ कि यहां चारों ओर गंदगी फैली है। कहीं शराब की बॉटल दिखाई दे रही हैं तो कहीं दवाएं, कीचड़, चप्पल या प्लास्टिक पड़ा हुआ है। तभी अनुदीप ने अपने हनीमून को कैंसिल कर समुद्र की सफाई का फैसला किया। जब अनुदीप ने ये बात मिनुषा को बताई तो उसने भी हां कर दी।

इस कपल ने कचरा रखने के लिए थैले और हाथों में पहनने के लिए ग्लव्स खरीदें। 27 नवंबर से 5 दिसंबर के बीच इस कपल ने 600 किलो कचरा साफ किया। जब अन्य लोगों ने इस दोनों को यहां सफाई करते हुए देखा तो उन्होंने भी इनका साथ दिया। उसके बाद 80% कचरा साफ हुआ।अनुदीप ने ट्विटर पर समुद्र का वीडियो पोस्ट करके इस बारे में बताया।

मेघालय के जंगलों में मिलने वाले मशरूम रात के अंधेरे में हरी रोशनी से जगमगाते हैं, गांव के लोग इसका उपयोग टॉर्च की तरह करते हैं

जंगली इलाकों में बारिश के बाद कुछ कवक यानी मशरूम अपने आप उग जाते हैं, लेकिन क्या आपने कभी ऐसे मशरूम देखे हैं जो रात के अंधेरे में हरे रंग की रोशनी जैसे चमकते हों? आपको सुनने में ये बात भले ही अजीब लगे, लेकिन वैज्ञानिकों की एक टीम ने हमारे ही देश के पूर्वोत्तर हिस्से में बांस के जंगलों में मशरूम की एक ऐसी प्रजाति खोजी है जो रात के अंधेरे में हरे रंग की रोशनी से जगमगाते हैं। मशरूम की यह विशेष प्रजाति मेघालय में मिली है। इन्हें बायोल्यूमिनिसेंट कहा जाता है। ये जीवित प्रजातियों की वो किस्म है जो रात के अंधेरे में प्रकाश छोड़ती है।

रिसर्चर्स ने ये पाया कि इस तरह के मशरूम रोरिडोमायसिस जीनस के सदस्य हैं जो एक नई स्पीशिज है। ये रिसर्च बॉटनी जर्नल फाइटोटेक्सा में प्रकााशित हुई। इसका शीर्षक 'रोरिडोमाइसिस फाइलोस्टेकाइडिस' था। आमतौर पर बायोल्यूमिनिसेंट समुद्र में पैदा होते हैं। लेकिन ये जमीन पर उगते हुए भी देखे गए हैं। इनसे जो लाइट निकलती है वो इसमें मौजूद केमिकल प्रॉपर्टीज की वजह से होती है।

मेघालयवासी ये नहीं जानते कि इस तरह के मशरूम खाने लायक है या नहीं। वे इसका इस्तेमाल अंधेरे में टॉर्च की तरह करते हैं। गोवा में पंजिम से 50 किमी दूर भी चमचमाते हुए इन मशरूम को देखा जा सकता है। ये मशरूम रात के अंधेरे में भी चमकते हैं लेकिन बहुत कम लोग इसे देख पाते हैं।

इंग्लैंड के एक छोटे से कस्बे तिनतिनहल में रहने वाले कपल ने क्रिसमस के करीब आते ही न सिर्फ अपना घर खूबसूरत रोशनी से सजाया, बल्कि इस सजावट में जानवरों के कई स्कल्पचर को भी शामिल किया। ये कपल पिछले तीन सालों से क्रिसमस के करीब आते ही इसी तरह अपने घर की सुंदरता बढ़ाता है। दोनों पति-पत्नी यूनाइटेड किंगडम नेशनल हेल्थ सर्विस और एयर एंबुलेंस के लिए राशि जमा कराने के उद्देश्य से ये डेकोरेशन करते हैं।

इस कपल का नाम डैन वार एक्सटेंस और उनकी पत्नी का नाम मार्क एक्सटेंस है। डैन की उम्र 37 साल और मार्क की 27 साल है। ये दोनों एक दूसरे को पिछले दस सालों से जानते थे। लेकिन उन्होंने छ: साल पहले की शादी की। डैन मैनेजमेंट इंडस्ट्री में काम करते है, वहीं मार्क मोल वैली फार्मर में काम करती हैं।

डैन के अनुसार, ''हम दोनों को क्रिसमस बहुत पसंद है। रोशनी से सराबोर इस पूरे घर को सजाने की शुरुआत हम हर साल अगस्त से करते हैं। हम दोनों को थियेटर की थीम पर काम करना पसंद है क्योंकि हम खुद भी थियेटर से जुड़े हैं। इसलिए हमने अपने कार्निवाल को लाइट के साथ ही हिरण की मूर्तियों और अन्य पशुओं के स्कल्पचर से सजाया। इस तरह की साज-सज्जा दर्शकों को बहुत पसंद आती है। इस तरह हम हर साल चैरिटी के लिए पैसा जमा करते हैं''।

लोग इस डेकोरेशन को देखने के लिए दूर-दूर से यहां आते हैं। डैन ने बताया कि हर साल भारी भीड़ हमारे घर में जमा रहती थी। लेकिन इस साल महामारी की वजह से इस भीड़ को मैनेज करना हमारे लिए मुश्किल होगा। डैन को इस घर में खिड़की के आसपास का डेकोरेशन और खूबसूरत ड्रेस में सजे सांता अच्छे लगते हैं।

सलमा कुरैशी ने संस्कृत में की पीएचडी, इसी विषय में प्रोफेसर बनने का देखती हैं सपना

सलमा कुरैशी गुजरात यूनिवर्सिटी की मुस्लिम स्टूडेंट है। उन्होंने संस्कृत में पीएचडी की है। इस यूनिवर्सिटी से पीएचडी करने वाली वे पहली मुस्लिम महिला हैं। उन्हें गीता, पुराण और हिंदी धर्मशास्त्र बचपन से पढ़ना अच्छा लगता था। इसलिए स्कूल के दिनों में ही संस्कृत उनका प्रिय विषय था। उन्होंने 2017 में पीएचडी की रिसर्च के लिए दाखिला लिया था। सलमा की बड़ी बहन भी इसी विषय में पीएचडी कर रही हैं। भावनगर यूनिवर्सिटी से एम ए में उन्हें गोल्ड मेडल मिला था। पीएचडी कंप्लीट करने में सलमा को तीन साल लगे।

सलमा कहती हैं -''मेरी दिलचस्पी संस्कृत में देखते हुए घर के लोगों ने कभी इस विषय को लेकर कोई एतराज नहीं किया। उन्होंने हमेशा मेरा साथ दिया। हालांकि हिंदू धर्म के अधिकांश स्कल्पचर संस्कृत में होने की वजह से इसे इसी धर्म से जोड़ा जाता है। लेकिन मेरा मानना है कि भाषा का संबंध किस धर्म से नहीं होता। किसी भी स्टूडेंट को उसकी रुचि के अनुसार भाषा चुनने का हक है''।

सलमा को इस बात का अफसोस है कि आज के एजुकेशन सिस्टम में पुराने जमाने की तरह टीचर्स को वो इज्जत नहीं दी जाती, जिसकी वे हकदार हैं। उनका कहना है कि संस्कृत को एक अनिवार्य भाषा के तौर पर स्कूलों में लागू करना चाहिए।
