कोरोना वायरस ने हमारी जिंदगी और बिजनेस दोनों को बुरी तरह से प्रभावित किया है। रेस्टोरेंट्स और यहां मिलने वाले फूड आइटम्स को लेकर भी लोग कई बातों का ख्याल रखने लगे हैं। अपने फूड स्टॉल को चलाने के लिए वे तरह-तरह के काम कर रहे हैं। इसी बीच ओडिशा के ब्रह्मपुर में एक फूड स्टॉल के मालिक ने अपने स्टॉल का नाम 'एंटी वायरस टिफिन सेंटर' रखा है।
कोरोना के प्रति ग्राहकों की भावनाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए इसका नाम सोशल मीडिया पर छाया हुआ है। इस स्टॉल पर आने वाले एक कस्टमर को यह नाम इतना पसंद आया कि उसने इस स्टॉल का फोटो अपने सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट पर पोस्ट कर दिया।
इस फोटो में दिखाई दे रहा है कि स्टॉल पर कई लोग खड़े होकर खा रहे हैं। एंटी वायरस टिफिन सेंटर में मिलने वाली डिशेज में इडली, डोसा, उपमा, पूरी, समोसा और वड़ा शामिल है। सोशल मीडिया यूजर्स इस स्टॉल पर मिलने वाली चीजों से ज्यादा तारीफ इसके नाम की कर रहे हैं। एक यूजर ने कहा ''मुझे उम्मीद है यहां खाने में सैनिटाइजर नहीं मिलाया जाता होगा''। दूसरे यूजर ने कहा - ''यह स्टॉल माडर्न प्रॉब्लम का मॉडर्न सॉल्यूशन है''।

जम्मू -कश्मीर के बारामुला क्षेत्र में 11 स्किल डेवलपमेंट सेंटर के तहत महिलाएं सीख रहीं सिलाई, 275 बेरोजगार लड़कियों को मुफ्त दी जा रही ट्रेनिंग
महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के उद्देश्य से जम्मू और कश्मीर के बारामुला क्षेत्र में सोशल वेलफेयर डिपार्टमेंट की ओर से स्किल डेवलपमेंट ट्रेनिंग सेंटर चलाए जा रहे हैं। बारामुला के डिस्ट्रिक्ट सोशल वेलफेयर ऑफिसर, शौकत अहदम के अनुसार, अभी राज्य में 11 स्किल डेवलपमेंट सेंटर का संचालन किया जा रहा है। इन सेंटर से 275 बेरोजगार लड़कियों को ट्रेनिंग दी जा रही है। ट्रेनिंग पूरी होने के बाद उन्हें सर्टिफिकेट भी दिया जाता है ताकि वे अपना काम शुरू कर सकें या कहीं नौकरी के लिए आवेदन दे सकें।
यहां कुछ ऐसी लड़कियां भी हैं जो इन सेंटर्स में स्थायी रूप से टीचिंग कर अन्य महिलाओं को ट्रेनिंग देती हैं। एक स्किल डेवलपमेंट ट्रेनिंग सेंटर बारामुला के उशकूरा क्षेत्र में हैं जहां एक टीचर महिलाओं को कपड़ों कटिंग और सिलाई करना सीखा रही है। इन 11 सेंटर्स में अब तक लगभग 25 बेरोजगार लड़कियों को कपड़ों की कटिंग और टेलरिंग के साथ ही सोजनी और तिला जैसा आर्ट वर्क भी सिखाया जा रहा है। जो लड़कियां यहां ट्रेनिंग लेती हैं, उन्हें सरकार की योजना के अंतर्गत हर साल 1,100 की राशि भी मिलती है।
यहां सीखने वाली एक ट्रेनी महक मंजूर ने बताया कि ''हम सरकार द्वारा चलाई जा रही इस योजना के शुक्रगुजार हैं जिसकी वजह से हमें रोजगार के अवसर मिल रहे हैं''।

7 साल की उम्र में किताब लिखने वाली अभिजीता गुप्ता बनी सबसे कम उम्र की लेखिका, अपने नाम दर्ज करवा चुकी हैं कई रिकॉर्ड्स
सात साल की अभिजीता गुप्ता की एक किताब रिलीज हुई है। इस किताब का नाम 'हैप्पीनेस आल अराउंड' है। इस किताब को लिखने के बाद वे सबसे कम उम्र की लेखिका बन गई हैं।
उन्हें अब तक एशिया बुक ऑफ रिकॉर्डस और इंटरनेशनल बुक ऑफ रिकॉर्ड्स से सम्मानित किया जा चुका है। अभिजीता ने इस किताब को महज 3 महीनो में लिखा है। अभिजीता की किताब बच्चों के बीच काफी पसंद की जा रही है। अभिजीता हमारे देश के प्रसिद्ध कवि स्वर्गीय मैथिलीशरण गुप्त की पोती हैं। अपनी किताब के लिए उन्हें पिछले महीने मेडल और सर्टिफिकेट मिला। जब वे महज पांच साल की थीं, तब अपने पैरेंट्स से लिखने के लिए कॉपी और पेंसिल की मांग करती थीं।
अभिजीता की मां अनुप्रिया कहती हैं- ''मुझे ये देखकर आश्चर्य हुआ कि अभिजीता ने जिस किताब को लिखा उसमें मुश्किल से एक या दो स्पेलिंग मिस्टेक थीं। मैं उसकी लिखने की क्षमता देखकर हैरान हूं। अभिजीता ने अपनी पहली कहानी 'द एलिफेंट एडवाइज' लिखी थी। उसकी पहली कविता का नाम 'ए सनी डे' है''।
अभिजीता कहती हैं - ''मेरे लेखन में सकारात्मक सोच नजर आती है क्योंकि मेरे पेरेंट्स ने मुझे सिखाया है कि हमें हर हाल में पॉजिटिव रहना चाहिए''। अभिजीता ने अपनी किताब में इलस्ट्रेशन भी खुद ही बनाए हैं। ये नन्हीं बच्ची दूसरी कक्षा की छात्रा है। अपनी किताब को अभिजीता ने लॉकडाउन के दौरान घर में रहते हुए लिखा। उन्हें रस्किन बॉन्ड और सुधा मूर्ति के बारे में पढ़ना पसंद है।

केरल की 30 वर्षीय दिव्यांग राजी राधाकृष्णन ने लॉकडाउन के कुछ महीनों पहले ही सिलाई सीखी थी। कोरोना काल के दौरान राजी केरल के उन हेल्थ वर्कर्स और पुलिस प्रशासन के लिए मास्क सिल रही हैं जो लोगों की सेवा में लगे हुए हैं। कुछ महीनों पहले के के शैलजा ने अपने सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट पर राजी की तारीफ की थी। अप्रैल में राजी ने अपनी मां प्रभा उन्नी के साथ मिलकर केरल की स्वास्थ्य मंत्री के के शैलजा को 1000 मास्क सिलकर दिए थे।
प्रभा के अनुसार, राजी को दिव्यांगों के लिए बने विशेष स्कूल में जाना अच्छा नहीं लगता लेकिन पिछले साल नवंबर में वे कुछ दिनों के लिए इस स्कूल में गई थीं। तभी उसने ये मास्क सिलना सीखा। राजी की मां प्रभा एक समाज सेविका हैं जो तिरूवनंतपुरम में 'मदर क्वीन फाउंडेशन' के नाम से दिव्यांग बच्चों के लिए एक एनजीओ का संचालन करती हैं।
प्रभा कहती हैं ''राजी के दिमाग का पूरी तरह विकास नहीं हुआ। इसलिए उसे कोरोना से मची तबाही के बारे में ज्यादा समझ में नहीं आता। फिर भी मुझे इस बात की खुशी है कि उसने मास्क सिलकर कोरोना वॉरियर्स की मदद का प्रयास किया है''।

46 वर्षीय लंग कैंसर सर्वाइवर जोनिता की कहानी, वे चाहती हैं कि उनके बारे में जानकर कैंसर पेशेंट अपनी इच्छाशक्ति के बल पर इस बीमारी को हराएं
जोनिता सेगुरा 47 वर्षीय महिला और दो बच्चों की मां हैं। वे एक सर्टिफाइड ट्रेनर हैं और खुद को क्रॉस फिट दीवा मानती हैं। जब उन्हें कैंसर का पता चला तब वे जिंदगी के मुश्किल दौर से गुजर रहीं थीं। जोनिता के डॉक्टर ने उन्हें फौरन कीमोथैरेपी और रेडिएशन की सलाह दी। इस ट्रीटमेंट से जोनिता की हालत में सुधार हुआ। वे कहती हैं - ''किसी भी व्यक्ति को लंग कैंसर का पता चलते ही उसे जेनोमिक टेस्ट करवाना चाहिए''।
इस बीमारी से जूझते हुए उनके परिवार ने उन्हें सबसे ज्यादा सपोर्ट दिया। इस महिला ने ओंकोलॉजी टीम द्वारा बताए गए ट्रीटमेंट को पूरी तरह फॉलो किया। वे इस बीमारी से उबरने की बहुत बड़ी वजह अपनी सकारात्मक सोच को मानती हैं। वे कहती हैं - ''आप जिस धर्म का पालन करते हैं, उसमें अपना विश्वास बनाए रखें। यही विश्वास आपको कैंसर जैसी बीमारियों से निजात दिलाने में भी मदद करेगा''। फिलहाल जोनिता कैंसर को मात देने वाली जाबांज महिलाओं में से एक हैं।
वे शिकागो के पास ग्रिफिन, इंडियाना में अपने क्रॉसफिट स्टूडियो से लोगों को फिटनेस के लिए प्रेरित करती हैं। लॉकडाउन के दौरान जोनिता ने अपने वर्कआउट वीडियो के जरिये लोगों को फिटनेस के लिए प्रेरित किया। घर में रहने वाली महिलाओं के लिए वे ऐसी एक्सरसाइज बताती हैं जो हल्का वार्म अप करने के बाद आसानी से की जा सकती हैं। इन एक्सरसाइज के लिए किसी तरह के इक्विपमेंट की जरूरत नहीं होती। वे अपनी सेहत का राज भी हर समय एक्टिव बने रहने को मानती हैं।

इस साल महामारी की वजह से ऐसे कई स्टूडेंट्स हैं जिन्होंने सिविल सर्विसेस एग्जाम जैसी करिअर में विशेष स्थान रखने वाली परीक्षा भी नहीं दी। इनमें से कई स्टूडेंट्स वे थे जो कोरोना पॉजिटिव होने की वजह से एग्जाम का हिस्सा नहीं बन पाए तो कई ने कोरोना इंफेक्शन के डर से एग्जाम हॉल तक जाना उचित नहीं समझा।इन हालातों के बीच केरल में तिरूवनंतपुरम की एक महिला गोपिका गोपन ने पीएससी एग्जाम एंबुलेंस में बैठकर दी। दरअसल गोपिका इस एग्जाम के जरिये असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर की जॉब पाना चाहती हैं। एग्जाम के पहले जब उन्हें अपने कोरोना पॉजिटिव होने का पता चला तो भी उन्होंने हार नहीं मानी और एंबुलेंस में बैठकर ही एग्जाम देने का फैसला किया।
गोपिका ने बताया कि ''जब हम एग्जाम में लिखना शुरू करते हैं तो इस बात से कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता कि एग्जाम हॉल में बैठे हैं या एंबुलेंस में। उस वक्त सिर्फ एग्जाम में पास होने पर ध्यान होता है''। इस महिला के जोश को तिरुवनंतपुरम से कांग्रेस सांसद शशि थरूर ने भी सराहा और ट्विटर पर उनकी तारीफ की।

जब अपनी इस फिलॉसफी के बारे में उन्होंने सोशल मीडिया पर लिखा तो 50 लाख से ज्यादा बार उनके वीडियोज को देखा गया। 27 साल की कर्टनी कहती हैं - ''शिक्षा व्यवस्था में नो होमवर्क नीति कई सालों से है, लेकिन इसको लेकर स्कूल और शिक्षक संजीदा नहीं हैं। उन्होंने बस इसका पालन करना शुरू कर दिया है''।
वह कहती हैं ''इस बात के कोई सबूत नहीं हैं कि होमवर्क देने से ही छात्र मेधावी होते हैं। छात्र अगर कक्षा में पूरी एकाग्रता से पढ़ाई कर रहे हैं तो घर जाकर वही सब चीजें दोबारा दोहराने की जरूरत नहीं है। मिसेज वाइट के अधिकांश हाईस्कूल छात्र खेलों, एफएफए (फ्यूचर फार्मर्स ऑफ अमेरिका) से जुड़े हुए हैं। कुछ छात्र पार्ट टाइम काम भी करते हैं''।
ऐसे में उन्हें होमवर्क देकर वह उनका समय बर्बाद नहीं करना चाहतीं। वह कहती हैं - ''अगर होमवर्क ईमानदारी से नहीं किया जाता तो उसका कोई फायदा नहीं मिलता। वह चाहती हैं कि बच्चे घर जाकर आराम करें या अपनी रुचि के अनुसार काम करें''।
कर्टनी ने बताया कि जब बच्चों का पूरा दिन सिर्फ अकादमिक चीजों में गुजरता है तो इससे उनका संपूर्ण विकास नहीं हो पाता। कक्षा के बाहर उनके समय की कद्र करना भी जरूरी है। हालांकि कुछ लोगों ने उनका विरोध भी किया है, लोगों का कहना है कि वह गलत परंपरा बना रही हैं, इससे बच्चों के भविष्य पर बुरा असर पड़ सकता है।
