हेल्थ डेस्क. दुनियाभर में सर्वाइकल (गर्भाशय का मुंह) कैंसर से सबसे ज्यादा भारतीय और चीनी जूझ रहे हैं। जर्नल लेंसेट ग्लोबल ने 2018 में कैंसर के मामले और इससे हुईं मौतों का आंकड़ा जारी किया है। इस वार्षिक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, 2018 में कैंसर से दुनिया में सबसे ज्यादा 60 हजार मौतें भारत में हुईं लेकिन इसके सबसे ज्यादा 1 लाख 60 हजार मामले चीन में सामने आए। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, दुनियाभर में 2018 में सर्वाइकल कैंसर के कुल 5,70,000 मामले सामने आए। इनमें एक तिहाई (35 फीसदी) चीन और भारत से हैं।

लाइफस्टाइल डेस्क. ब्रिटिश मार्केटिंग रिसर्च कंपनी यूरोमॉनिटर इंटरनेशनल ने 2019 के दुनिया के 100 चुनिंदा टूरिस्ट डेस्टिनेशन की सूची जारी की है। टॉप 5 डेस्टिनेशन में हॉन्ग-कॉन्ग, बैंकॉक, लंदन, मकाउ और सिंगापुर हैं। लेकिन टॉप 20 में भारत के दो शहर शामिल हैं। दिल्ली 11वें और मुंबई 14वें पायदान है। खासबात है कि 2018 के मुकाबले 2019 में इन दोनों ही शहरों में विदेशी पर्यटकों की संख्या में इजाफा हुआ है।

रिपोर्ट शहर की सांस्कृतिक विरासत, यादगार अनुभव और आर्थिक पैकेज के आधार पर तैयार की गई है।

रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, दिल्ली में वर्ल्ड क्लास एयरपोर्ट, लग्जरी सुविधाओं, मेडिकल, स्पोर्ट्स और कल्चरल टूरिज्म पर ध्यान दिया जा रहा है जो भविष्य में इसे 8 पायदान पर ले जा सकता है। दिल्ली और मुंबई के बाद तीसरा सबसे बड़ा पर्यटन स्थल आगरा को बताया गया है। हालांकि यह 26वें पायदान पर है और 2018 में यहां दुनियाभर के 80 लाख पर्यटक पहुंचे।

जापान में शरारत पर बच्चों को भूखा सुलाना गैरकानूनी होगा, माता-पिता दोषी होंगे

टोक्यो.जापान में अब माता-पिता बच्चों को किसी भी तरह की सजा नहीं दे सकेंगे, भले ही वह उन्हें अनुशासित करने के लिए क्यों न हो। जापान की कैबिनेट (इसमें प्रधानमंत्री समेत कई वरिष्ठ मंत्री शामिल हैं) के प्रस्ताव पर देश के स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने दिशा-निर्देश का मसौदा जारी किया है। इस पर इसी हफ्ते चर्चा की जाएगी। चर्चा के बाद इसे अंतिम रूप दिया जाएगा।

माता-पिता को बच्चों पर हाथ उठाने से रोकना ही संशोधित बाल उत्पीड़न अधिनियम का उद्देश्य है। बच्चों के साथ उत्पीड़न की बढ़ती घटनाओं के बाद कैबिनेट ने इसमें बदलाव की पेशकश की थी।

सजा देने के बहाने नहीं चलेंगे
नए मसौदे के मुताबिक, किसी भी तरह की सजा जिससे शरीर को तकलीफ पहुंचती हो, पूरी तरह प्रतिबंधित रहेगी। चाहे वह सजा कितनी भी कमजोर हो, नहीं दी जा सकेगी। इसमें कहा गया है कि कई बार माता-पिता तर्क देते हैं कि बच्चों को कई बार चेतावनी दी, पर वे सुनते ही नहीं, इसलिए गाल पर थप्पी जड़ दी, उसने दोस्तों के साथ पिटाई की, इसलिए सजा देनी पड़ी, बच्चे किसी और का सामान उठा लाए थे, इसलिए भूखे रहने की सजा दी। पर ये तर्क अब सजा का आधार नहीं बन सकेंगे।

बच्चों को भावनात्मक पीड़ा से बचाने की कोशिश
नए मसौदे में बच्चों को भावनात्मक पीड़ा से बचाने की कोशिश भी की गई है। इसमें खासतौर पर उल्लेख किया गया है कि भले ही कितने परेशान हों, पर माता-पिता बच्चों से ऐसा नहीं कह सकते,'अच्छा होता कि तुम पैदा ही नहीं हुए होते'। इस तरह की बातें कहना मौखिक दुर्व्यवहार माना जाएगा। इसे बच्चों के अधिकारों का उल्लंघन माना जाएगा। इसके अलावा पढ़ाई या एक्टिविटीज को लेकर बच्चों की अन्य भाई-बहनों से या उनके दोस्तों से तुलना करके उन्हें नीचा दिखाना या उन्हें अनदेखा करना भी गैरकानूनी होगा। फिर भी माता-पिता ऐसा कुछ करते हैं तो उन्हें क्या सजा दी जाए, इस पर अभी विचार होना है। भारी-भरकम जुर्माना भी तय किया जा सकता है। नया कानून अगले साल मार्च से लागू होगा।

मंत्रालय की सफाई

हम माता-पिता के अधिकार खत्म नहीं कर रहे इस मसौदे पर आपत्तियां भी आनी शुरू हो गई हैं, इस पर स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने तर्क दिया है कि हम माता-पिता के अधिकार खत्म नहीं कर रहे। हम सिर्फ इतना चाहते हैं कि बच्चों के मानस पर बुरा प्रभाव ना पड़े, कोशिश इतनी है कि बच्चों की भावनाएं समझें और समस्याओं को बातचीत के जरिए हल करें।

न्यूयॉर्क. अमेरिका की जूलिया वेब ने 10 महीने की बेटी को स्क्रोलर में लेकर हाफ मैराथन (21.0975 किमी) पूरी की। तीन बच्चों की मां जूलिया ने ओकलाहोमा में हुई रूट 66 हाफ मैराथन एक घंटे 21 मिनट 23 सेकंड में पूरी कर रिकॉर्ड समय निकाला और गोल्ड जीता।

उन्होंने स्क्रोलर को धक्का देते हुए सबसे जल्दी हाफ मैराथन पूरी करने की कैटेगरी में वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड के लिए दावेदारी पेश की है। दूसरे नंबर पर रहने वाली खिलाड़ी ने जूलिया से दो मिनट ज्यादा समय लिया। पूरी दौड़ के दौरान जूलिया के पति ने उनकी फोटो लीं और वीडियो बनाया।

साबरकांठा(जतिन सुथार). चीन के नानजिंग से एमबीबीएस की पढ़ाई कर रहा गुजरात का 18 साल काछात्र युग पटेल23 नवंबर को दोस्तों के साथ बातचीत के दौरान बेहोश होकर गिर गया। मेडिकल टेस्ट में पता चला कि उसे ब्रेन हैमरेज हुआ है। भारतीय छात्रों ने उसे अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया। साथ ही गुजरात में युग के परिजन को जानकारी दी। इस बीच भारतीय छात्रों ने आर्थिक मदद के लिएब्लॉग लिखा। इसके जरिए उन्होंने करीब 22 लाख रुपए जुटाए।

युग नानजिंग के टेकोग जियनलिन ड्रम टावर अस्पताल में भर्ती है। युग साबरकांठा का रहने वाला है। वह 2018 में पढ़ाई के लिए चीन गया था। उसके पिता रमेशभाई एक निजी कंपनी में सुपरवाइजर हैं।

पीएमओ से मदद मांगी ताकि माता-पिता को मिले पासपोर्ट
युग नानजिंग के टेकोग जियनलिन ड्रम टावर अस्पताल में भर्ती है। यहां हर दिन 10 हजार युआन (करीब 1.10 लाख रुपए) खर्च हो रहे हैं। अब तक 33 लाख रुपए खर्च हो चुके हैं। युग की मां हेमलता बेन और पिता रमेश और भाई यज्ञ के पास पासपोर्ट नहीं है। उन्हें जल्द से जल्द चीन पहुंचने में मदद करने के लिए पीएमओ से मदद मांगी गई है। पासपोर्ट तैयार होने पर उन्हें चीन भेजा जाएगा।

GMR Infra to Dish TV: NSE identifies eight firms for surveillance action

Leading stock exchange NSE has shortlisted eight companies, including Future Enterprises and GMR Infrastructure, that have higher levels of pledged shares by promoters, for surveillance action. हेल्थ डेस्क. आयरन और कैल्शियम की तरह भारतीयों में प्रोटीन की भी कमी है। 73 फीसदी शहरी जनता में प्रोटीन का स्तर मानक से काफी कम है। खानापान में इसे क्यों शामिल करना चाहिए, 93 फीसदी लोगों को यह भी नहीं मालूम है। सबसे चौकाने वाली बात है कि भारतीय प्रोटीन को महत्व ही नहीं देते, उनका मानना है कि यह सिर्फ जिम जाने वाले बॉडी बिल्डर के लिए जरूरी है। इंडियन मार्केट रिसर्च ब्यूरो के हालिया सर्वे में यह बात सामने आई है।

रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, देश के 7 शहरों में हुए सर्वे में भारतीयों का मानना है कि डाइट में प्रोटीन का इस्तेमाल वजन घटाने के लिए किया जाता है। 2018 में इनबॉडी-आईपीएसओएस की रिसर्च के मुताबिक, 71 फीसदी भारतीयों की मांसपेशियां कमजोर हैं। मानक के मुकाबले शरीर में 68 फीसदी तक प्रोटीन की कमी है। नेशनल सेंपल सर्वे (2011-12) के मुताबिक, ग्रामीण इलाके में 56.5 ग्राम और शहरी इलाके के भारतीय 55.7 ग्राम प्रोटीन लेते हैं।

कितना प्रोटीन रोजाना है जरूरी
स्वास्थ्य और पोषण के क्षेत्र में काम कर रहे डॉ. नंदन जोशी कहते हैं फिजिकली सक्रिय न रहना और मानक से कम प्रोटीन शरीर में पहुंचने से युवाओं की मांसपेशियों को कमजोर हो रही हैं। 30 साल की उम्र से मांसपेशियां क्षतिग्रस्त होना शुरू होती हैं। हर 10 साल में 3-5 फीसदी तक मांसपेशियां डैमेज होती हैं। रोजाना एक्सरसाइज और प्रोटीन इसे रिपेयर करने का काम करते हैं और एक्टिव रखता है। नंदन जोशी के मुताबिक, इंसान को अपने वजन के मुताबिक प्रोटीन लेना चाहिए। जैसे आपका वजन 60 किलो है तो रोजाना 60 ग्राम प्रोटीन डाइट में लेना चाहिए।

कैसे कमीपूरी करें
डाइटीशियन और क्लीनिकल न्यूट्रिशनिस्ट डॉ. नीतिशा शर्मा बताती हैं कि मांसाहारी हैं तो डाइट में मीट, चिकन, अंडे ले सकते हैं। शाकाहारियों के लिए दूध, फलियों की सब्जियां, मूंगफली, नट्स और दालें बेहतर विकल्प हैं। डॉ. नीतिशा शर्मा कहती हैं, एक ही जगह पर दिनभर का ज्यादातर समय बिताना, शरीर सक्रिय न रखना और प्रोटीन का घटता स्तर मांसपेशियों को कमजोर कर रहा है। बचपन से लेकर बुढापे तक, प्रोटीन जीवन के हर पड़ाव के लिए जरूरी है।

सबसे ज्यादा प्रोटीन की कमी लखनऊ वालों में
इंडियन मार्केट रिसर्च ब्यूरो के एक अन्य सर्वे में देश के प्रमुख शहरों में प्रोटीन का स्तर जांचा गया। सर्वे में पाया गया 90 फीसदी लखनऊ के लोगों में प्रोटीन की कमी है। दूसरे पायदान पर दो शहर हैं अहमदाबाद और चेन्नई, यहां की 84 फीसदी आबादी प्रोटीन की कमी से जूझ रही है। तीसरे स्थान पर विजयवाड़ा (72%) और चौथे पर मुंबई (70%) है। वहीं, दिल्ली में यह आंकड़ा 60 फीसदी है। इस सर्वे में 1800 लोग शामिल किए और उनके खानपान का विश्लेषण किया गया।

इंडियन डाइटिक एसोसिएशन के मुताबिक, भारतीयों को खानपान से जरूरत का मात्र 50 फीसदी की प्रोटीन मिल पा रहा है। प्रोटीन बच्चों के विकास के अलावा उनके सोचने-समझने की क्षमता को बेहतर बनाता है। यह मांसपेशियों के लिए जितना जरूरी है उतना ही शरीर की रोगों से लड़ने की क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए भी अहम है। इसके अलावा स्किन और बालों को खूबसूरत और हेल्दी बनाने के लिए शरीर में पर्याप्त प्रोटीन का होना जरूरी है।
