यह पैक एक प्राकृतिक एक्सफोलिएटर के रूप में काम करता है और त्वचा के रंग को सुधारता है। यह अशुद्धियों को दूर करता है और पोर्स को खोल देता है। इस पैक को बनाने के लिए 2 बड़े चम्मच मूंग दाल, 1 बड़ा चम्मच नींबू का रस, 1 बड़ा चम्मच आलू का रस और 1 चम्मच शहद लगेगा। दाल को रात भर के लिए भिगो दें। अगली सुबह, पेस्ट बनाने के लिए इसे पीस लें। इसमें नींबू का रस, आलू का रस और शहद मिलाएं। इस मिश्रण को चेहरे पर लगाएं और 1-2 मिनट तक मालिश करें। 15-20 मिनट के लिए उंगलियों से सर्कुलर मोशन में स्क्रब करें और पानी से धो लें। इस पैक को सप्ताह में 2-3 बार लगाएं।

पहले से योजना बनाएं
रिटायरमेंट के पहले सभी की स्थायी दिनचर्या होती है। समय से उठना, तैयार होना, ऑफिस निकलना। रिटायरमेंट के बाद इसी दिनचर्या को यथावत रखना मुश्किल होता है। ऐसे में सेवानिवृत्ति के पहले ही दिनचर्या को लेकर योजना बना लेनी चाहिए। इसमें उठने के समय से लेकर चाय पीना, अख़बार पढ़ना, व्यायाम करने का समय तय होना चाहिए। इसके बाद बाकी के दिन क्या कुछ करना चाहते हैं उसकी रूपरेखा भी तय कर लें। रिटायरमेंट के बाद दिन की शुरुआत करने में समस्या नहीं होगी।

लक्ष्य निर्धारित कर लें
सेवाकाल के पहले लक्ष्य तय होते हैं, जैसे कि हर दिन काम की समय सीमा बनाना, परियोजनाओं को पूरा करना, पदोन्नति प्राप्त करना आदि। रिटायर होने के बाद भी लक्ष्यों पर ध्यान केंद्रित कर सकते हैं, हालांकि वे पहले की तुलना में थोड़े अलग हो सकते हैं। उदाहरण के तौर पर 5 किताब पढ़ना चाहते हैं, तो उन्हें ख़त्म करने का समय तय करें। एक साल में कहां-कहां घूमने जाना चाहते हैं उन जगहों के बारे में विचार करें। इससे आप पहले से ही अपने लक्ष्यों को लेकर मानसिक रूप से तैयार रहेंगे।

दोस्ती बढ़ाएं
दफ़्तर जाने के दौरान लोगों से मिलना-जुलना, दोस्त बनना, उनके साथ दिन के 8-9 घंटे बिताना सामान्य होता है। और सच कहें तो जिन लोगों के साथ काम करते हैं उनके साथ की आदत बन जाती हैं। यदि आपके साथी भी आपके साथ ही रिटायर हो रहे हों तो आप हफ्ते में एक बार उनसे मिलने का कार्यक्रम रख सकते हैं। नौकरी में व्यस्त रहने के चलते पड़ोसियों से मेलजोल कम ही होता है। ऐसे में उनकेे साथ शाम के वक्तटहलने, एकसाथ फिल्म देखने या सुबह की सैर साथ करने की योजना बना सकते हैं।

नए विकल्प तलाशें
कौन कहता है कि एक नौकरी से सेवानिवृत्ति का मतलब घर पर खाली बैठना है। आजकल नई या कहें कि दूसरी नौकरी के कई विकल्प मौजूद हैं। रिटायरमेंट के बाद कुछ दिनों का अंतराल लेकर अपनी पसंदीदा नौकरी तलाश सकते हैं। इससे आपका समय भी अच्छा गुज़रेगा और नए लोगों से मिलने-जुलने के साथ ही कुछ नया सीख सकेंगे। इसके साथ ही अगर समाज सेवा में समय बिताना चाहते हैं तो ये भी अच्छा विकल्प हो सकता है। इसके लिए समाजसेवी संस्था से जुड़ सकते हैं।

नए शौकविकसित करें
यदि आप व्यस्त रहना चाहते हैं तो अपनी सामाजिक गतिविधियों को बढ़ा सकते हैं या नए शौक़ विकसित कर सकते हैं। सेवानिवृत्ति का फ़ायदा यह है कि आपके पास प्रयोग करने के बहुत सारे अवसर होते हैं। हर दिन को नए तरह से बिता सकते हैं। खाना बनाने की नई तरकीबें जान सकते हैं, पेंटिंग, डांस, संगीत सीख सकते हैं। इनमें निपुण होना जरूरी नहीं है बस शौकके लिए सीखना ही काफीहोगा।

कुछ अलग करके देखें
सेवानिवृत्ति के बाद शारीरिक गतिविधि, स्वास्थ्य पर ध्यान नहीं दिया जाता। रोज़ व्यायाम करें, ताकि उम्र बढ़ने पर होने वाली समस्याओं से दूर रह सकेंगे। दिमाग़ी कसरत के सवाल हल करें, बच्चों के साथ खेलें। इससे बच्चों को बड़ों का मार्गदर्शन मिलेगा और बड़ों को बच्चों का उत्साह व ज़िंदादिली। अगर कोई रोग नहीं है तो छह-सात महीनों में एक बार या मधुमेह या उच्च रक्तचाप जैसा कोई रोग है, जो हर चार महीनों में डॉक्टर से परामर्श लेते रहें। वार्षिक जांचें भी करवाएं।
