सेकंड सिटी ट्रेवल यानी ऐसी जगहों की ओर रुख करना जो खूबसूरत हैं लेकिन उनके बारे में काफी कम जानकारी उपलब्ध है। ऐसे टूरिस्ट प्लेसेस जहां घूमना महंगा है उनके विकल्प के तौर पर वो जगह ढूंढी जा रही है जो देखने और घूमने में महंगे डेस्टिनेशन जैसे हैं। सर्वे के मुताबिक, 51 फीसदी पर्यटक अपनी पसंद से मिलता जुलता दूसरा विकल्प मिलने पर डेस्टिनेशन बदलते हैं। ऐसी यात्राओं का चलन शुरु हो चुका है और 2020 इसके लिए जाना जाएगा। ट्रेवलिंग का यह तरीका नामचीन टूरिस्ट प्लेसेस से ओवर टूरिज्म का भार कम करेगा और घूमने के नए विकल्प सामने रखेगा। टूरिज्म से जुड़ी ऐप और वेबसाइट इस ट्रेंड को बढ़ाने में मदद कर रही हैं। दुनियाभर के 60 फीसदी टूरिस्ट यह जानने की कोशिश भी करते हैं कहां की यात्रा करने पर वहां के स्थानीय लोगों पर सकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ेगा।

स्लो-मोटूरिज्म : जानबूझकर लंबा रास्ता चुनने का बढ़ेगा ट्रेंड

2020 में 48 फीसदी पर्यटक हड़बड़ी में यात्रा नहीं करना चाहते। वो ऐसा लंबा रास्ता चुनना चाहते हैं जो रास्ते में पड़ने वाले हर डेस्टिनेशन से रूबरू कराए। डेस्टिनेशन पहुंचने के लिए पर्यटक पैडल बाइक, ट्रैम और नाव का प्रयोग करेंगे। 57 फीसदी ट्रेवलर लंबा रास्ता में चुनने में हिचकते नहीं। उनका मानना है कि लंबा रास्ता चुनने पर वे ऐसी जगहों को देख पाते हैं जो आमतौर पर छूट जाती हैं। इस तरह नए डेस्टिनेशन सामने आते हैं।

तकनीक से चुनाव : एआई दे रहे घूमने के नए विकल्प

59 फीसदी पर्यटकों को सप्राइस डेस्टिनेशन पसंद हैं। वहीं, 46 फीसदी पर्यटकों का कहना है कि नई जगह को ढूंढने और वहां हो रही एक्टिविटी में शामिल होने में ऐप काफी मददगार साबित होती हैं। इस तरह उनके लए नए जगहों का चुनाव करना आसान होता है। यात्रा से जुड़ी बुकिंग के लिए 44 फीसदी पर्यटक ऐप का प्रयोग करते हैं। फोन में नए विकल्प सामने लाने में आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंसी अहम रोल निभा रही है। यह तकनीक पर्यटकों के समाने उनकी पसंद के मुताबिक, नए डेस्टिनेशन के विकल्प पेश कर रही है।

लाइफस्टाइल डेस्क. नि: संतानता की समस्या को झेल रही निशा शादी के आठ वर्ष के बाद भी मां नहीं बन सकी। उसे स्वास्थ्य संबंधी कोई दिक्कत नहीं थी लेकिन हर माह आते पीरियड्स उसे उदास कर जाते। परिवार के लोग बार-बार पूछते कि निशा कोई गुड न्यूज। इस पर निशा निराश मन से ना करती और स्वयं से सवाल करती कि आखिर मैं गर्भधारण क्यों नहीं कर पा रही हूं। इस पर उसने प्रसूतिरोग विशेषज्ञ से संपर्क किया तो पता चला कि 36 साल की निशा के सभी टेस्ट रिजल्ट तो नॉर्मल थे, लेकिन उनके 34 साल के पति का स्पर्म काउंट बेहद कम था। यह कहानी निशा जैसी उन सभी महिलाओं की है, जो कहीं न कहीं नि:संतानता का दर्द झेल रही हैं। जांच में कभी कमी उनके सामने आती है तो कभी उनके पति में।

देश में शादीशुदा दंपतियों की फर्टिलिटी दर तेजी से घट रही है। अर्नस्ट एंड यंग की 2015 की एक स्टडी के मुताबिक, भारत में 10 से 15 प्रतिशत यानी करीब 2 करोड़ 30 लाख शादीशुदा जोड़े इंफर्टिलिटी यानी नि:संतानता के शिकार हैं। बच्चा पैदा न होने के मामले में समाज हमेशा से ही महिला को दोषी मानता आया है लेकिन हकीकत यह है कि इंफर्टिलिटी के 40 प्रतिशत मामलों में समस्या पुरुषों में होती है, जबकि 40 प्रतिशत मामलों में महिलाओं में दिक्कत होती है। बाकी बचे 20 प्रतिशत मामलों में दोनों में ही कोई दिक्कत होती है या फिर कोई दूसरा कारण भी हो सकता है।

हुप्स की बिक्री आनलाइन की जा रही हैं। डेली मेल की खबर के मुताबिक ये गोल्डन हुप्स ब्रास के हैं, जिन्हें एक व्हाइट लेदर के कार्डबोर्ड पर लटकाया गया है। हुप्स को अलग किया जा सकता है और अन्य जोड़ियों की तरह अलग-अलग कानों में भी पहना जा सकता है।

मैसन मार्गीला के इन ईयरिंग्स को ट्विटर पर 5 लाख से ज्यादा लाइक्स और सैंकड़ों कमेंट्स मिले हैं। किसी ने इन ईयरिंग्स को बेहद खराब फैशन करार दिया तो वहीं कुछ इस तरह के फैशन पर कन्फ्यूशन जाहिर करते हैं फनी फोटोज के साथ अजीब रिएक्शन्स दिए। किसी ने इन्हें गाय-भैंसों के कानों में लगे टैग से कम्पेयर किया तो किसी ने इन्हें बकवास बताया है।

लाइफस्टाइल डेस्क. गुरुवार सुबह 8.04 बजे से 10.56 बजे तक सूर्य ग्रहण दिखाई देगा। यह भारत समेत एशिया के कुछ देश, अफ्रीका, ऑस्ट्रेलिया में भी दिखाई देगा। ग्रहण भले ही एक खगोलीय घटना है लेकिन कई देशों में इससे जुड़ी मान्यताएं अलग हैं। जैसे अमेरिका में मान्यता है कि भालू ने जब सूरज को खाया तो सूर्य ग्रहण और जब चंद्रमा को शिकार बनाया चंद्र ग्रहण पड़ा। भारत में भी ग्रहण के दौरान भोजन न करने की मिथकीय मान्यता है। कहते हैं इस दौरान खाना जहरीला हो जाता है। ऐसी ही मान्यताएं दूसरे देशों में हैं जो कई काफी अलग हैं, पढ़िए इनके बारे में....

अफ्रीका : ग्रहण की वजह सूरज और चंद्रमा के बीच युद्ध
सूर्य ग्रहण को लेकर अफ्रीका की एक मान्यता बेहद दिलचस्प है। यहां के बाटाममलिबा कबीले के लोगों का मानना है कि सूर्य ग्रहण पुराने झगड़े को खत्म करने का एक मौका है। मान्यता है कि सूर्य ग्रहण की वजह सूरज और चांद के बीच युद्ध होना है। जब भी सूर्य ग्रहण की घटना होती है बाटाममलिबा कबीले के लोग इकट्ठा होते हैं अपने मतभेद को भुलाते हैं। साथ ही सूरज और चांद से भी ऐसा ही करने की गुजारिश करते हैं।

चीन : सूर्य को ड्रैगन से बचाने के लिए छोड़ते हैं पटाखे और तीर

चीन में ड्रैगन को डराने और भगाने के लिए आसमान में तीर फेंकने की परम्परा थी।

प्राचीन चीनी मान्यता के मुताबिक, जब ड्रेगन सूर्य निकल जाता है तो सूर्य ग्रहण पड़ता है। ऐसे मौके पर चीन के लोग ड्रैगन को डराने और भगाने के लिए आसमान की ओर तीर फेंकते हैं। शोर और रोशनी फैलाने के लिए पटाखे छोड़े जाते हैं। यह परंपरा 19वीं शताब्दी में जारी रही। ग्रहण पड़ने पर चीनी सेना ने पुरानी परंपरा को याद करते हुए आसमान में कैनन दागे।

कोरियाई जातक कथाओं में इसे राजा का आदेश माना जाता है। मान्यता है कि एक राजा ने कुत्तों को आदेश दिया था कि वे चांद को चुरा लाएं। लेकिन काफी कोशिशों के बाद वे पूरी तरह सफल नहीं हो पाए और सूर्य का कुछ हिस्सा भी ले पाए। यह घटना सूर्य ग्रहण की वजह बनी।

भारत : ग्रहणकाल में सब कुछ हो जाता है अशुद्ध
हमारे देश में ग्रहण के दौरान खाने से दूरी बनाने की मान्यता है। ग्रहण के दौरान गर्भवती महिलाओं को घर के अंदर ही रहने की सलाह दी जाती है। माना जाता है कि ग्रहण के समय गर्भ में पल रहे बच्चे की जान को खतरा रहता है। इसलिए मान्यता के अनुसार, चंद्रग्रहण के दौरान गर्भवती महिला को किसी भी तरह की धार वाली चीज इस्तेमाल नहीं करना चाहिए इससे गर्भ में पल रहे बच्चे के किसी भी अंग पर कट का निशान रह जाता है। वहीं कुछ लोगों का मानना है कि चंद्रग्रहण के समय लोगों को नहाना चाहिए और अपने आस-पास मौजूद सभी नकारात्मकता को दूर कर देना चाहिए।

पुरुषों की अपेक्षा महिलाओं की सैलरी 21% तक कम
पुरुषों और महिलाओं की आय या सैलरी में अभी भी बहुत अंतर बना हुआ है। एक वैश्विक अध्ययन के अनुसार 2019 में अगर पुरुष को 100 रुपए सैलरी मिलती है, तो महिला को 79 रुपए ही मिलते हैं। यानी करीब 21 फीसदी कम। आमतौर पर ऐसा भी देखा गया है कि विभिन्न कारणों से महिलाएं उच्च और ज्यादा वेतन वाले पदों पर कम ही पहुंच पाती हैं। कार्यस्थलों पर अभी भी संरचनात्मक बाधाएं हैं, जो महिलाओं को आगे बढ़ने से रोकती हैं। इसलिए कम आय को देखते हुए महिलाओं के लिए और भी जरूरी है कि वे अच्छा निवेश पोर्टफोलियो बनाकर पैसा कमाना और जोड़ना शुरू करें।

करियर का ग्राफ हमेशा सीधा नहीं रहता
कई बार महिलाओं के करियर का ग्राफ हमेशा बढ़ता हुआ नहीं हो पाता। इसके पीछे हमारी सामाजिक संरचना भी हो सकती है या महिलाओं की निजी इच्छा भी। अलग-अलग कारणों से कई बार आपको करियर से ब्रेक लेना पड़ सकता है। कुछ शादी के बाद नौकरी छोड़ देती हैं, कुछ प्रेग्नेंसी के दौरान या उसके बाद। इससे करियर ग्रोथ और आय, दोनों प्रभावित होती हैं। आपने रिटायरमेंट के लिए पैसे इकट्‌ठा करने का जो लक्ष्य रखा है, वह इससे प्रभावित हो सकता है। इस अंतर को कम या खत्म करने लिए निवेश की बेहतर प्लानिंग की आवश्यकता है।

ग्लोबल फाइनेंशियल लिटरेसी एक्सीलेंस सेंटर द्वारा किया गया 2017 का एक अध्ययन बताता है कि दुनियाभर में केवल 20 फीसदी महिलाओं को ही फाइनेंशियल कंसेप्ट की समझ है। यह पुरुषों से 8 फीसदी कम है। यह अंतर विकासशील देशों में और भी बढ़ जाता है। वित्तीय साक्षरता का अर्थ है किसी व्यक्ति को बजट बनाने, पैसा बचाने, खर्च पर नियंत्रण करने, कर्ज संभालने, फाइनेंशिल मार्केट में भाग लेने, रिटायरमेंट की प्लानिंग करने और संपत्ति जोड़ने की बेहतर समझ हो। हालांकि महिलाओं के फायनेंस के प्रति जागरूक न होने के कई कारण हो सकते हैं। इसलिए जरूरी है कि आप फाइनेंशियल प्लानिंग के बारे में पढ़कर या सेमीनार इत्यादि में शामिल होकर जानकारी बढ़ाती रहें।

ज्यादा उम्र यानी ज्यादा वित्तीय जरूरतें
सेंसस ऑफिस के सेंपल रजिस्ट्रेशन सिस्टम के तहत किए गए सर्वे के मुताबिक भारत में 60 की उम्र के बाद पुरुष के औसतन 17 वर्ष और जीने की संभावना होती है, जबकि महिलाओं की 19 वर्ष है। महिलाओं की औसत आयु 69.6 वर्ष है, जबकि पुरुषों की करीब 66 वर्ष। चूंकि महिलाएं पुरुषों से ज्यादा जीतीं हैं, इसलिए उन्हें ज्यादा पैसे जोड़ना जरूरी है, जिसका एक ही तरीका है- बेहतर वित्तीय योजना बनाना।
