लाइफस्टाइल डेस्क (गौरव मारवाह, चंडीगढ़). रोहड़ू की 18 साल की जिना खिता ने 32वीं नेशनल शूटिंग चैंपियनशिप के 10 मीटर एयर राइफल इवेंट में गोल्ड मेडल जीत लिया। फाइनल में उन्होंने ओलंपियन वर्ल्ड नंबर-3 शूटर अपूर्वी चंदेला और सीनियर शूटर मेहुली घोष को हराकर करियर का सबसे बड़ा खिताब जीता। रियो ओलंपिक खेल चुकी अपूर्वी को ब्रॉन्ज मिला। वे टोक्यो ओलंपिक का भी टिकट हासिल कर चुकी हैं। मेहुली घोष को सिल्वर मेडल मिला। जिना ने 10 मीटर एयर राइफल के क्वालिफाइंग राउंड में चौथे स्थान के साथ फाइनल में जगह बनाई थी। उन्हें 627.1 पॉइंट्स मिले थे।

ओएनजीसी की श्रीयांका 627.8 पॉइंट्स के साथ पहले और अपूर्वी चंदेला 627.4 पॉइंट्स के साथ सेकंड स्पॉट पर थीं। मेहुली को 627.2 पॉइंट्स के साथ तीसरा स्थान मिला था। इसके बाद फाइनल्स में उन्होंने किसी दिग्गज शूटर को आगे निकलने का मौका नहीं दिया। फाइनल स्टेज-1 में वे 52.5 और 105 पॉइंट्स के साथ लीड पर आईं और सेकंड एलिमिनेशन स्टेज में कोई उनसे आगे नहीं निकल सका। जिना ने इस उपलब्धि का क्रेडिट फैमिली के साथ कोच व मेंटर को दिया। कहा कि मेंटर वीरेंद्र सिंह बाश्टू ने शूटिंग के लिए मोटिवेट किया। उनका मकसद था कि स्कूल से एक शूटर नेशनल चैंपियन बने। आज वह सपना सच हो गया है। जिना को सुमा शुरूर ने कोचिंग दी है।

जिना ने फाइनल में 252.2 पॉइंट्स हासिल किए। वो वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड से 0.7 पॉइंट पीछे रह गईं। वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड अपूर्वी के ही नाम है जो इस इवेंट में तीसरे स्थान पर रहीं। अपूर्वी ने 252.9 पॉइंट्स के साथ वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड बनाया था।

सालभरपहले जीता इंटरनेशनल मेडल
जिना के पिता पृथ्वी राज खिता ने कहा कि बेटी का शूटिंग करियर तब शुरू हुआ जब अपूर्वी चंदेला ओलंपिक के लिए क्वालिफाई कर चुकी थीं। जिना ने 2015 में शूटिंग शुरू करने के बाद 2016 में पहली बार नेशनल टीम के ट्रायल दिए। 2017 में वे इंडियन टीम की मेंबर रहीं और 2018 में उन्होंने पहला इंटरनेशनल मेडल जूनियर वर्ल्ड कप में जीता। इसी साल में उन्होंने दूसरे वर्ल्ड कप में ब्रॉन्ज हासिल किया और 2019 एशियन शूटिंग दोहा में उन्हें मेडल मिला। साल खत्म होते हुए उसने करियर का सबसे बड़ा मेडल भी जीत लिया है। ये जीत बहुत स्पेशल है

काम की प्राथमिकताएं तय करें: आपका बच्चा आपकी पहली प्राथमिकता है और बच्चे को पूरे ध्यान की आवश्यकता है। इसके बाद आते हैं घर के काम और जॉब से जुड़े हुए काम। इन्हें बेहतर ढंग से मैनेज करने के लिए आपको तय करना होगा कि क्या ज्यादा जरूरी है। यह आप अपने काम ही डेडलाइन के आधार पर तय कर सकती हैं। आमतौर पर घर के रोजमर्रा के कामों जैसे साफ-सफाई या शॉपिंग आदि को तीसरे नंबर पर रखना ठीक होता है।
टास्क लिस्ट बनाएं: टास्क लिस्ट बनाकर आपको यह जानने में मदद मिल सकती है कि क्या करना है, क्या हो गया है और क्या बाकी है। इसमें आपके ऑफिस से लेकर घर के काम तक हो सकते हैं। साथ ही बेबी से जुड़े काम जैसे डॉक्टर को दिखाना, टीकाकरण, दवाई आदि, को भी इसमें रखें। इसकी शुरुआत में आदत डालना मुश्किल हो सकता है लेकिन बच्चे के साथ होने पर आपके दिमाग में एक साथ बहुत कुछ चल रहा होता है। ऐसे में टास्क लिस्ट जरूरी हो जाती है।
काम का सही समय तय करें: अलग-अलग बेबी के सोने का समय अलग-अलग होता है। हालांकि बच्चे थोड़े-थोड़े समय के लिए ही सोते हैं, लेकिन फिर भी आपको दिन का ऐसा समय देखना होगा जब बच्चा सबसे लंबे समय के लिए सोता है। चूंकि वर्क-फ्रॉम-होम में समय की फ्लेक्जिबिलिटी होती है, इसलिए यह तरीका कारगर साबित हो सकता है। इसके अलावा दूध पीने के बाद, यानी पेट भरा होने पर भी बच्चा शांत रहता है। काम पूरा करने के लिए इस वक्त का भी इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है।
सही वर्कस्पेस चुनें: काम करने के लिए एक तय स्थान होना जरूरी है, जहां आप एकाग्र होकर काम कर सकें। क्योंकि आपको काम के लिए समय कम ही मिल पाएगा इसलिए एकाग्रता और भी जरूरी हो जाती है। बस इस बात का ध्यान रखें कि जो भी जगह तय करें वह आपके बेबी के आस-पास ही हो।
परिवार की मदद लें या मेड रखें: भारतीय परिवारों की खासियत यही है कि सब एक-दूसरे का साथ देते हैं। जॉब करने में आपको अपने सास-ससुर की मदद मिल सकती है। लेकिन किन्हीं कारणों से अगर आप न्यूक्लियर फैमिली में रह रही हैं तो जरूरत पड़ने पर मेड या आया भी रख सकती हैं। ये घर के रोजमर्रा के काम करने के लिए तो हो ही सकती हैं, लेकिन अगर दिन में बच्चे की वजह से कम समय मिल पाता है, तो उसे संभालने के लिए कुछ घंटे के लिए आया रखी जा सकती है।
आप मां हैं, सुपरवुमन नहीं: सबसे जरूरी बात खुद पर उम्मीदों का बोझ न डालें। एक साथ कई काम करने का दबाव न झेलें। सबकुछ एक साथ पर्फेक्ट नहीं हो सकता। जॉब करना, बच्चे संभालना और घर को भी अच्छा रखना, कभी-कभी यह सब एकसाथ नहीं किया जा सकता।

Mumbai man grows cannabis at home using hydroponics, arrested

A 26-year-old man and an accomplice were arrested for growing cannabis at the former's residence in Chembur in Mumbai after ordering seeds from abroad using the Darknet and paying through bitcoins, police said on Tuesday. Mahul-resident Nikhil Sharma was arrested with one kilogram of cannabis and 54 grams of mephedrone on Saturday by Unit III of the Crime Branch after which they raided his home where the cultivation was discovered, an official said. "He was using hydroponic system to grow cannabis in his home. He used the Darknet to order seeds from abroad and paid by bitcoins, which are illegal in India," the official said. Hydroponics is a method of growing plants without soil by using mineral nutrient solutions in water solvent instead. "Sharma named Frenix Rajaiyya (26) as his accomplice in procuring the cannabis seeds from the dark web after which he too was arrested. They were remanded in police custody till Friday," he informed.

दुर्घटना में पैर गंवाया, सपनों की उड़ान ने चैम्पियन बनाया : पैरा बैडमिंटन मानसी जोशी

मेरा जन्म 11 जून 1989 को अहमदाबाद में हुआ। बैडमिंटन मुझे बहुत पसंद थी। छह वर्ष की उम्र से ही मैंने बैडमिंटन खेलने की शुरुआत कर दी। पापा गिरीशचंद्र जोशी टेनिस प्लेयर और एक अच्छे लेखक हैं। वे मुंबई में भाभा परमाणु अनुसंधान केंद्र में वैज्ञानिक थे, इसलिए मेरी स्कूली शिक्षा मुंबई में उनके साथ रहते हुए पूरी हुई। हमारे पास केवल एक रैकेट था, पापा शटल फेंकते थे और मैं कोशिश करती थी कि सही हिट कर पाऊं। इसके कुछ वर्षों बाद बैडमिंटन कोचिंग क्लास ज्वाइन की और फिर पीछे मुड़कर नहीं देखा। स्कूली जीवन में मैंने खूब बैडमिंटन खेली और स्कूल, राज्यस्तर पर हुए टूर्नामेंट में कई इनाम जीते। स्कूल के बाद के.जे. सोमैया कॉलेज ऑफ इंजीनियरिंग से मैंने इलेक्ट्रिक इंजीनियरिंग में स्नातक की पढ़ाई पूरी की। चूंकि मेरी रुचि साइंस और कम्प्यूटर में है, इसलिए कम्प्यूटर की पढ़ाई भी की। पुणे की एक कंपनी में सॉफ्टवेयर डेवलपमेंट का काम करने लगी। मैं बहुत खुशमिजाज हूं। निगेटिविटी तो जैसे जीवन में है ही नहीं। 2 दिसंबर, 2011 को हुए एक हादसे ने जैसे मेरा जीवन बदल दिया।

मैं टू व्हीलर पर सुबह 9:30 बजे ऑफिस के लिए निकली ही थी कि एक ट्रक ने मुझे अपनी चपेट में ले लिया। इसमें ट्रक चालक की गलती नहीं थी। दुर्घटना स्थल पर एक बड़ा सा पिलर था, जिस कारण ड्राइवर आगे देख नहीं पाया और मैं जल्दबाजी में ट्रक के सामने आ गई। मेरा बायां पैर ट्रक के पहिये के नीचे था। वहां मौजूद लोगों ने मुझे अस्पताल पहुंचाया, इसके बावजूद शाम 5:30 बजे मेरा ऑपरेशन शुरू हुआ। प्रॉपर इलाज मिलने में कई घंटे लगने के कारण पैर पूरी तरह खराब हो चुका था। मैंने डॉक्टर से पूछा कि इलाज करने में इतनी देरी क्यों हुई? उनके पास कोई जवाब नहीं था। इलाज के कुछ दिनों बाद पैर में इन्फेक्शन फैल गया। डॉक्टर बोले कि पैर काटना पड़ेगा, यह सुनकर आंखों के आगे अंधेरा छा गया। दो महीने अस्पताल में रहने के दौरान मुझे देखने परिचित अस्पताल आते थे तो मेरी हालत देखकर रो देते थे। मैं भी बहुत रोती थी। मैं अस्पताल के बेड पर पड़ी-पड़ी सोचने लगी कि क्या ऐसे ही जीवन बीतेगा या इस हादसे को चुनौती मानकर आगे बढ़ने का हौसला दिखाऊं? मैंने दूसरा विकल्प चुना। इसके बाद जब भी कोई मेरी हालत पर तरस खाता तो मैं विषय बदलकर उन लोगों को चुटकुले सुनाकर हंसाया करती थी। सोचती थी कि अब खेल पाऊंगी या नहीं?

अस्पताल से छुट्टी मिलने के बाद मैंने फिजियोथेरेपी ली और नकली टांग के सहारे जीवन यात्रा शुरू की। इसके बाद हैदराबाद में पुलेला गोपीचंद की अकादमी में रजिस्ट्रेशन कराया। बैडमिंटन की प्रैक्टिस शुरू कर रोजाना जिम जाना, डाइट फॉलो करना, मैच प्रैक्टिस करना मैंने रुटीन बनाया। ‘कॉर्पोरेट बैडमिंटन टूर्नामेंट’ जीतते हुए नेशनल लेवल तक पहुंची। कई पदक जीते। मैं जिस खेल में हूं, उसमें कुछ शॉट्स तथा सर्विस की तैयारी के लिए घंटों मेहनत करनी पड़ती है। 2012 में कंपनी लेवल पर बैडमिंटन चैंपियनशिप खेली तो लगा कि मेरे पास अभी काफी हुनर है और एक पैर के दम पर भी खेल सकती हूं। ऑफिस में सीईओ और अन्य सहयोगी मेरी प्रशंसा कर आत्मविश्वास बढ़ाते थे। जब आपके सहयोगी आत्मविश्वास बढ़ाएं तो समझो लक्ष्य आसानी से पूरा हो जाएगा। बैडमिंटन शौक था, लेकिन इसे कॅरियर के रूप में कभी नहीं देखा। मेरी प्राथमिकताएं भी अच्छी नौकरी और बड़ा पैकेज, बड़ा सा घर, महंगी कार और सभी भौतिक सुविधाएं थीं। दुर्घटना के बाद प्राथमिकताएं बदल गईं। मैंने पैर खो दिया था। कोई और होता तो व्हीलचेअर पर जिंदगी गुजारता, लेकिन मैंने अपने सपने, इरादे, खुद पर भरोसा कभी टूटने नहीं दिया और जीवन से हारने के बजाय आगे बढ़ी।

2015 में इंग्लैंड में आयोजित पैरा बैडमिंटन विश्व चैम्पियनशिप में हिस्सा लिया और मिश्रित युगल में विश्व स्तर पर पहला रजत पदक जीता। इसके बाद मेरे सपनों को उड़ान मिलने लगी। रास्ते खुद-ब-खुद खुल रहे थे। 2016 में सिंगल्स व डबल्स में दो ब्रांज मेडल जीते। 2017 में स्पेन में सिंगल्स का गोल्ड तथा डबल्स के ब्रांज मेडल के साथ हर वर्ष मेडल जीतती चली गई। अभी तक मैं 26 मेडल जीत चुकी हूं। इसमें 7 गोल्ड, 7 सिल्वर तथा 12 ब्रांज मेडल हैं। मुझे 3 दिसंबर को वर्ल्ड डिसेबिलिटी-डे पर नेशनल अवॉर्ड दिया गया है। यह अवॉर्ड ‘बेस्ट स्पोर्ट पर्सन विथ डिसेबिलिटी’ का है। अगस्त 2019 में महिलाओं की सिंगल एकल स्पर्धा में स्वर्ण पदक जीतने पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने ट्वीट कर बधाई दी। उन्होंने लिखा ‘गोल्ड सहित 12 मेडल जीतने पर 130 करोड़ भारतवासी बीडब्ल्यूएफ विश्व चैंपियनशिप जीतने वाली पैरा बैडमिंटन टीम के प्रदर्शन पर गर्व कर रहे हैं। जब आपकी तारीफ आपका राष्ट्र प्रमुख करे तो लगता है जैसे आपने कई गोल्ड जीत लिए हों। इसी के साथ मीडिया से जानकारी मिली कि मेरी गिनती दुनियाभर के शीर्ष 10 एसएल-3 श्रेणी के पैरा बैडमिंटन खिलाड़ियों में हो रही है। सच कहूं तो जब मन खुश होता है, तभी हमें सही मायने में खुशी मिलती है। अभी मेरा लक्ष्य 2020 में होने वाले टोक्यो पैरा ओलंपिक में सिलेक्ट होना है। अपने इस गोल और एम्बिशन को पूरा करने के लिए नौकरी के साथ कड़ी प्रैक्टिस कर रही हूं। मुझे विश्वास है, यह गोल भी मैं अचीव कर लूंगी।

महिलाओं में सेल्फ रेसपेक्ट तो बढ़ा होगा, वो सिर्फ खाना बनाने के लिए नहीं है, यही मेरी बड़ी जीत है : मिस वर्ल्ड एशिया सुमन राव

लाइफस्टाइल डेस्क.लंदन में आयोजित हुई मिस वर्ल्ड प्रतियोगिता में राजस्थान की रहने वाली सुमन रतन सिंह राव ने तीसरा स्थान हासिल किया है। सुमन ने मिस वर्ल्ड एशिया 2019 का ताज अपने नाम किया है। इस खुशी को उन्होंने दैनिक भास्कर के साथ साझा किया। उन्हीं के शब्दों के पढ़ें उनके जज्बात....

...बेहद खुश हूं कि पहली बार में ही यह सफलता हासिल हुई है। पहली बार अपने देश को प्रजेंट करने का मौका मिला, वह भी मिस वर्ल्ड के प्लेटफार्म पर। यह देश के बाहर पहली जर्नी थी। आई होप कि अपनी परफॉर्मेंस से मैं पूरे देश के लोगों को प्राउड फील करा पाई हूं। आज मेरे साथ देश-दुनिया की महिलाएं जुड़ी हैं। हजारों मैसेज आए हैं। महिलाएं घर पर चर्चा कर रहीं- वह सिर्फ खाना बनाने के लिए नहीं हैं। मुझे देखकर उन्हें लग तो रहा होगा कि उनका भी वजूद है। उनके होने-नहीं होने का बहुत ज्यादा फर्क पड़ता है। महिलाओं में सेल्फ रेसपेक्ट तो काफी बढ़ा होगा। मेरे लिए यही सबसे बड़ी जीत है। मैं बस सबको यही कहना चाहूंगी कि आपको लगता है कि आपको कुछ करना है या करना चाहिए तो वह करने के लिए और उसे पाने के लिए, उस मंजिल तक पहुंचने के लिए रास्ते ढूंढिए। यह सोचकर मत बैठिए कि यह मुझसे नहीं होगा। क्योंकि where there's a will, there's a way.(जहां चाह वहां राह)।

मैंने कभी नहीं सोचा कि यह नहीं कर पाऊंगी, हमेशा सोचा- करना कैसे है, रास्ते क्या हैं

सबसे पहले इस बारे में सोचा तो सबसे पहला सवाल दिमाग में यही था कि यह करूंगी कैसे? मैंने यह कभी नहीं सोचा कि यह मैं नहीं कर पाऊंगी। हां, थोड़ा सा डर था कि इसमें मेरा कोई बैकग्राउंड नहीं है। इससे कोई कनेक्शन नहीं है। मैं बहुत सिंपल फैमिली से बिलॉन्ग करती हूं। ऐसी कम्युनिटी से आती हूं जहां कभी फीमेल को ब्यूटी कंटेस्ट में भाग लेने की बाहुत आजादी नहीं। लेकिन यह सब ज्यादा सोचने के बजाय मैंने यह सोचा कि यह करना कैसे है? आगे कैसे बढ़ना है? किस तरीके से मैं अपने सपनों तक पहुंच सकती हूं? रास्ते ढूंढने पर मैंने ज्यादा ध्यान लगाया, ना कि एक्सक्यूज ढूंढने और कारण गिनाने में कि यह मुझसे नहीं होगा, बहुत डिफिकल्ट है।

सफर की शुरुआत कहां से, कब और क्यों...

मैं पैदा अपनी मां के गांव राजस्थान के राजसमंद के अईडाना में हुई। मैं जिस गांव से आती हूं वहां फीमेल को आज भी पूरी आजादी नहीं है। देखती हूं तो लगता है कि फीमेल को भी मेल की तरह आजादी मिलनी चाहिए। वहीं से फीमेल ओपिनियन को लेकर काम करने के बारे में सोचा लेकिन कभी प्लेटफार्म नहीं मिला। फिर मिस वर्ल्ड के बारे में 2 साल पहले पता चला जब मानुषी छिल्लर ने मिस वर्ल्ड का क्राउड जीता था। उस ब्यूटी कंटेस्ट के बारे में पता चला तो लगा कि अपनी बात रखने का इससे अच्छा प्लेटफॉर्म नहीं हो सकता। फिर मिस वर्ल्ड को लेकर एक-एक चीज को जाना। सभी मिस वर्ल्ड को पढ़ा और उनके बारे में जाना। इसके बाद तैयारी शुरू हुई। अब इस प्रोजेक्ट के सहारे महिलाओं की आवाज को अच्छे से उठा सकूंगी। फिर मुंबई में पढ़ाई की। फिलहाल सीए की पढ़ाई के साथ मॉडलिंग भी करती हूं। इसी से मैं कमाई भी करती हूं।
